Mary, the photos of the reflections look as if they could be paintings. This is beautiful photography, and I love the shot of the back of the chair looking towards the lake with those little pumpkins peeking off on the side. You are a magnificent artist! ~ Sarah
Our leaves were not at all as spectacular up here, and the rains and winds have blown them all down, but we enjoyed them nonetheless.
Beautiful photos, love them all but the one with the mist is my fave, thanks!
Was raking the leaves in our chicken 50×65 foot fenced in space, had just walked out, so proud of all the neat piles waiting for the wheel barrow, turned around in time to see Buffy our Buff Orpington jump right into the middle of the biggest pile! It was hilarious to watch them all jump into each pile, just like kids! Didn’t mind raking a little more!
those shots drive me wild… the crooked dock, the glassy water, and then color, glorious COLOR! its a pretty grand world isn’t it~
Beautiful Fall color and wonderful reflections of the trees in the lake. Have a nice Sunday.
Each one of those could be a painting! Beautiful reflection and gorgeous colors! I could sit there for hours and hours on that dock!! Just beautiful! Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!!
Mary, Your photos are simply stunning. You are so blessed to have a lake home. What a wonderful place to sit with a good book, a cup of tea, a faithful dog…and watch the changing of the seasons!
Thanks for stopping by our blog – we LOVE LOVE LOVE yours! What gorgeous photos. Can’t wait to read more posts.
Ciao for now!
UP the canyons the leaves were done by mid September but on the way home from the football game yesterday I noticed how extraordinary our leaves were in town. I wondered if I hadn’t ever really noticed the ones in town before. We always make a big deal of the canyon ones.
I just adore the photos you shared. The reflection of the colors in the water is quite extraordinary. You live in a beautiful area.
Absolutely beautiful pics! I’d love to be kicking back in one of those chairs-enjoy:@)
Such lovely and scenic photos!
Ooh to sit in that chair and watch the leaves turn.. wonderful. thanks for sharing.
Beautiful colours and gorgeous reflections. Have you checked out Weekend Reflections? Our leaves have all dropped for this year.
Yep, I LOVE to watch the leave turn too. :)
I love your fall colors, the last picture of the chair would be a great place to watch the leaves change color. Ours have fallen and been mulched and put on the garden. Have a wonderful week.
What a nice spot to watch the colorful trees! Beautiful reflections too!
Beautiful autumn photos Mary! It was cold here today …winter is coming!

Beautiful blog Mary. Your photos are amazing. In Ky. our leaves did not make the usual big show due to drought conditions. Blessings to you and family.
As I sit here at the computer with the torrential rain beating against the house, it is wonderful to see these beautiful photos and be transported to another place.
The autumn colours are brilliant.
I want to sit in that chair – it looks so old and comfortable.
Terrific mosaics! You have such great colour there now! I can only imagine it in two weeks! I like the shot of the boardwalk, it seems to lure one out.
A Beautiful Autumn You’re Having! Lovely Colors!!!
I do believe you live in paradise! Found you via Watery Wednesday and will be back!
