Gorgeous pics Mary! Love your pretty quilt and the cute bee glasses. I really hope to be able to get a good pic of a bee on a flower this summer, I’ve wanted to for years:@)

Looks like you are having a glorious spring just as we are. I think I just might linger at this table a bit more before heading out into the reality of life.

Beautiful photos as always!!!! I have so missed all my bloggy friends. I’ve been gone, had company (14 days) & dealing with my neighbors house (they are in France) that flooded…. But, today I took a little time for me & as always your post made me smile. You have such a talent. Enjoy those birds, bees, & flowers, although my allergies are horrid I wish I could do the same.

Mary, Barb from 2 Birdies and a B said her computer keeps freezing up when she goes to your blog. Marigene told me the same thing last week. I have no idea why. They wanted me to let you know.

Oh Mary, What a gorgeous tablescape.

    You do it SO WELL.

I love every element- and it was so helpful being shown the flower names and where you found all your lovelies!

Mary, whenever I see a quilt now, I think of how you use them on the table. I think you also used a quilt on the Jeep :-) I have made two of them in my life, and I can appreciate the effort that goes into making quilts. Love the birdhouse and the azaleas!

  24. April 19, 2012 at 10:24 am

Everything about your table setting is perfection. I adore the dish pattern, and the flowers are breathtaking.

  26. April 19, 2012 at 12:21 pm

Oh, Mary. Your tables always are so inviting. The colors are just wonderful. The flowers are so gorgeous. I still think my Napoleon Bee is my favorite flatware. I just love using it. Wish I could sit at this lovely table of yours.

Just the perfect place to celebrate Earth Day is your lovely place on the lake. I like the use of the guilt as a tablecloth. The Mikasa plates with the green jar as the vase for the flowers is beautiful.

So many beautiful flowers! And the simplicity of the dish design allows the flowers to take center stage. Great photos of the birdhouses. We have one and a lovely sparrow couple moved in. To me, that says spring has arrived. Very pretty post, Mary!

Mary, Your table is beautiful as always! I can’t believe how many bluebirds you have!! I would love to see that everyday! Every time I see those Mikasa dishes I am impressed by their simple beauty and versatility. I think I will see if they are still available. I have those napkin rings too–I think they have little olives on them, but I purchased them at a local gift shop. Must have been before they made their way to HGs! Do you notice at the lake how much longer the late June and July nights are than those in August? When we used to go to the shore for long vacations we gave up going in August and changed to July so we could be outside longer. I think we lose track of that daylight issue during most of the year. Have a happy day. Linda

My favorite thing about your table…that beautiful comfit jar filled with all those glorious spring flowers! The prettiest bouquet that I’ve seen all season, my friend! Ohhh…a beautiful…beautiful table…and the view isn’t too bad either! Hehe!

I sooo enjoyed this post and I must tell you that your photos are fabulous! Magazine worthy for sure!!! Thank you for sharing with us!
