Hi Mary! We have finally started getting the rain we so desperately need!! Your pictures are just beautiful! I don’t think I have asked you before…what type of camera do you have? I’m guessing a Canon DSLR? You asked me about the girlz and their Redicare…I can’t find your email address right now, but you can reach me at jeanne dot pursell at gmail

Redicare is applied via spray bottle….liberally once every couple of days. If the ticks are bad, more often. It is not possible to apply too much! Yes, I do use it on myself as well and I’ve had good luck with it!

Such pretty photos! I love the drops of rain on the hosta leaves. We’ve had a week of wonderful rainy, misty, drizzley weather and now the sun is out, drying everything. Looks like we’re in for a beautiful week.

Stunning photographs, Mary. I, too, am interested in the camera you use. But I’ve always heard it’s not the camera, but the photographer who uses it!

Living in the Pacific Northwest I am jealous of your earlier springtime. We have had two whole days of sun though, and the tulips are glowing.

Mary, glad you are getting some rain. It toyed with us on Friday, but basically scooted around us again. ;-(
Your flowers are gorgeous. Everything in the garden perks up after a good rain. ~ Sarah

Your photos are GORGEOUS!!!! I feel like I can reach out and touch them and smell the flowers and feel the rain drops. I can even smell the fresh clean air…you make it so real. You are a MASTER at photography among other things. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.

I’m hoping the rain we finally got yesterday will bring May flowers, because it destroyed most of the flowers on the flowering trees, almost before most were fully open. At least we didn’t get the snow which fell northwest of us. We did have terrific downpours and very high winds. Have a nice day! Linda

Just plain beautiful, Mary. We’re having some April showers here, and I’m so very grateful since we have been in a drought.

What beautiful photos and brilliant colors. The Japanese maple almost reminds me of fall colors.

Here in Texas, it seems like we are constantly living with drought. Fortunately, we have had a wet Spring and the drought conditions have subsided, but for those of us who live with parched earth, water represents life. Your pictures are so vivid, I can almost smell the rain and the freshness.
