I had a birthday celebration/reunion a couple of weeks ago with college roommates.
A tradition I hope will continue and that started last year when we celebrated our milestone birthdays.
Instead of cake, we sipped martinis, so we had our cake and drank it too~ celebrating with Lolita Birthday Cake Martini Glasses!
All Lolita Martini Glasses come with a drink recipe on the bottom~ instead of using vanilla vodka, I used cake vodka I had from indulging in a Red Velvet Cake Teeny Tasting.

You can indulge in a number of creative cake/dessert martinis courtesy Pinnacle Cake Vodka here.
I followed the Lolita recipe, but substituted cake vodka for vanilla, and Godiva® chocolate liqueur for the almond liqueur, omitting the lemon zest.
I dipped the rim of the glass with some vanilla frosting that I had left over, added sprinkles, and a generous dollop of whipped cream~ enough to hold a candle.
The Pinnacle Birthday Cake Martini recipe also calls for 1/2 teaspoon of white cake mix, which might make the martini taste more “cakey” :)

First of all, Happy Belated Birthday! Secondly, YUM! That martini looks delicious! I’d not heard of the Lolita martini glasses before, but I love that they have recipes on them. I had heard of the cake flavored vodka and have wondered about it. Did it REALLY taste like cake? What a fun celebration.
