    If I make these little pumpkin pies the day before what do I do with em? Do I keep em in the cupcake pan of just set em in a dish and throw em in the fridge? Or put em in cupcake liners?

      Hi Colleen, You want to take them out of the pan to cool completely. If it’s just a day before serving they’ll be fine stored in an airtight container. If longer than that I would refrigerate them. Happy Thanksgiving!

    Can these be frozen after baking? If so best thawing method. Thanks

    Other kinds of pies freeze and thaw well like pecan but thawing pumpkin pie changes the consistency and makes it watery.
