In this season of red and green, I set a table that’s merry and bright for Christmas with the white dinnerware of Country Cupboard by Pfaltzgraff!
Red and green checks, berry and pine cone topiaries and sprigs of greenery add to the mix~ all fitting for a Country Cupboard Christmas!
White dishes provide a blank canvas for the table, easy to mix, match and blend with any color scheme or holiday. A trailing leaf and floral vine provides texture and interest on the white dinnerware of Pfaltzgraff Country Cupboard.
Available in both a traditional round or modern square shape, a subtle antique wash highlights the pattern and relief of the white border of the dinnerware.
Berry and pine cone topiaries and fresh cypress and boxwood sprigs, provide some additional red and green, along with shiny red apples. Nuts are sprinkled in with the greenery to add texture, blending with the pine cones and woven chargers.
And a checked tablecloth and square woven chargers enhance the square shape of the dishes.
Placemats with a holly and berry embroidered vine trails up the side of the placemats, framing the place settings.
A 60 ounce pitcher is serving up a topiary to add some height to the table’s centerpiece.
And I used a Country Cupboard vegetable bowl to elevate a topiary for a make-shift pedestal, thinking outside the bowl :)
Country Cupboard Latte Mugs are waiting to be filled with a favorite warm beverage and Mikasa French Countryside ruby goblets at a punch of seasonal color, festive for serving beverages for the holidays.

The topiaries are placemats from Target are a gorgeous find and so pretty on top of the tablecloth. I’d be oohing and ahhing at your table if I was a guest!
Good morning ! Love the whole table setting and decorations. You give us great ideas on setting a “pleasing to the eye ” table. Keep the ideas coming, Mary !
Gorgeous! The great texture on the white just adds to the glamour. Perfect with all the greenery and color from the apples and berries. As usual … amazing!
I know I say this a lot, but this is my favorite Pfaltzgraff dinnerware yet. I love the raised design, and the white does allow for all types of holiday experimentation. Very nice!
This dishware is perfect for anything! Love the square pieces, and wow, it really pops against your plaid, pine, and berries Mary! It looks so fresh I can almost smell the greens and apples! So so pretty!

Oh Mary, this is exquisite! I love these dishes, I love any dish with interesting edges and the square shape is lovely! The placemats and napkins are beautiful and I love the topiaries too! You are the Queen of tables, in my book!! Just beautiful!
Mary, thanks for showing these beautiful, white dishes! I’m in the market to replace the ones I have, and I love the raised design on these. Although I love colored dishware, too, white ones are my choice for everyday. My first set of dishes was white ironstone, and now people are calling them vintage! Wish I still had the set! Love how you think outside the bowl, too!
Oh I love those dishes!…and you have created the perfect compliment to them!….the tablecloth and napkins are perfectly festive!..I so love seeing your holiday creations!
Gosh, those are pretty, Mary! Love that sq. shape & the really great texture of the edges.
Beautifully presented, as always. I’d like to know how on earth you come up with such DIFFERENT ideas all the time. Do you have a BIG BOOK for ideas????? If so, I want a copy! *wink*
Magnifique!!! The white dishes against the tablecloth look just that much more pristine. I’m also digging the white mug next to the ruby red goblet…their juxtaposition is amazing. I love all the little details on the table like the apples and nuts that are a part of the Christmas season.
You have really shown how white plates can be used any time of the year and turned into seasonal dishes! Your tablescape is a WOW! and will make any guest feel the Christmas spirit. Have a wonderful holiday! Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
I love the tablecloth with the place mats and the square chargers. They make a perfect background for the square plates. The greenery and the berries look beautiful in the centerpiece.
You can never go wrong with traditional Christmas reds and greens—and fresh greenery! Such a visual treat. :-) I like how you layered the various fabrics and patterns. Nicely done!
I loved the Country Cupboard dinnerware. It looks to bright with the red and grees. The greenery is so fresh and bright, and I love those napkin rings! Joni
