For those of you yearning for spring, I have some flower therapy for your table . . .
Katie Alice® English Garden by Pfaltzgraff!
Northamptonshire born lifestyle designer Katie Alice weaves her colorful magical story across beautiful tableware collections, inspired by her love of vintage heirlooms and antique fabrics. English Garden Dinnerware, a pattern inspired by antique wallpaper, is adorned with a colorful floral design and bordered by a charming polka dot pattern.
Blooming napkin rings bring some additional flower therapy to the table, along with a nest of colorful eggs and flowers in an English Garden cereal bowl.
And polka dot flatware adds a touch of whimsy and color.
A jute runner is layered over a matelassé coverlet on the table. . .
And woven scallop-edged chargers add texture, reminiscent of flower petals, framing the English Garden dinnerware.
A lidded sugar bowl and creamer are part of the English Garden collection. . .
And the creamer also makes a dainty pitcher for flowers, served on an oval platter.
A wheelbarrow from my Potting Shed provides a centerpiece of grocery store blooms for some winter flower therapy.

Thank you for your visit, I’m joining:
Sure needed these beautiful florals this am. Especially after 5+ inches of snow this weekend over the leftover snow last weekend. On top of that woke up with no water..calling repairman asap!! I think I have probably looked at your pictures about 10 times this morning..the dishes print matches some of the flowers in our garden during spring & summer. I love the dishes..Thanks ever so for brightening my day!
Your title should read “Flower Therapy For Ellen”!! LOL!!!!
What a perfect name for this dinnerware as it truly looks like a special English garden . . . and then you style and set the table with such grace and beauty so like an enchanting garden. What a great way to start my day with beautiful Spring inspiration as I look out my window and see the snow. Have a great day Mary.
Thank you Mary for warming up my day with that beautiful arrangement, it took the chill right out of my day! Can’t wait for Spring <3
Surely spring is almost here?! Your post is uplifting for this unusual winter. Thanks!
I love polka dots! Flower therapy for the SOUL!!! Spring is coming — yeehaw!
Polka dots make everything better! This dinnerware just has to bring smiles, it is utterly delightful and your wheelbarrow full of spring flowers is so lush and abundant, it promises that flowers are everywhere and days are mild and sunny! The colors in the hydrangea bloom in the cream pitcher made me *sigh* it was so perfect! You always start my week off with a delightful and inspiring post Mary!

PS I think this table is “New Country” :)
Oh my goodness, Mary, your Mary Alice dinnerware table IS a breath of Spring! The darling wheel barrow is the perfect centerpiece to accompany the pretty blooming dishes. I have a red Mary Alice mug and it makes me happy whenever I drink from it. I’m going to treat myself to more flowers because I so enjoyed your quote at the end of your post, for we all need some therapy.
Mine will be. I’m headed to the Philadephia Flower Show today!!!
Just beautiful! I could almost smell the flowers. Very nice introduction to Spring which seems to be coming early here in Nampa Idaho and we couldn’t be happier!
Thank you for this therapy – much needed!

I literally let out a heavy sigh when I saw your first photo. Definitely needed those bright beauties to warm up this seemingly interminable Midwestern winter!
it is a foggy gray morn and sea, you have NO idea how this screen is popping off in vibrant color like, like a shaft of golden light! i love polka dots, such a sweet little combo. you are making me acutally miss home, i have been here since winter, spring is full bloom back yonder, seeing your yellow rose made my heart pang for graham thomas. beautiful display today, i forget how pretty spring is when surrounded in my trio of greens, blues and grays.
Love the dinnerware! I am a bee person and get excited whenever I see dishes or jewelry or anything else with bees on it! Thanks for bringing a little springtime to this dreary rainy Monday in GA!
OMG – that is the pretties tablescape – I just love it. It pops such beautiful colors and flowers. The dishes are to die for. Wonderful choice. It sure makes you think of SPRING. Hopefully Spring is just around the corner – like 30 days.

Another 6 in fell last night and more on the way Thurs. We are over 4 ft, and so cold it is just staying there!

Vibrant, cheerful, and styled with brilliance. I’m coming back tomorrow (rain is predicted — getting the drip buckets ready) to drink in the daffodils and tulips. I love how you bring magic and life to a table.

I want a wheel barrow filled with pretty flowers just like your bouquet. They are splendid! I love tulips and seeing these mixed in with the other spring like flowers make my heart sing. Love the pretty dishes too! Makes me think of the 80s and Laura Ashley.
Good Morning Mary, I love the Spring feel which the Katie Alice English garden dishes impart. I have a few pieces myself and they are always a pleasure to use when the sun shines.
Thank you for reminding me that Spring is just around the corner.
Best Wishes
