You could publish an awesome red white and blue book Mary! So many cute, creative and delicious treats! I really want to make one of your fruit filled cakes or trifles, they are a party in themselves! We will have the whole gang which will provide sparks to say the least! I know they’d love your Patriotic Popcorn Crunch and Freedom Fries ~thanks for the incredible 4th of July round up, I know there will be lots of “fireworks” around your house!

I agree, Mary. How can it be that July 4th is upon us again? All my patriotic things are packed away in storage, and I don’t have the motivation to go retrieve them. I’m settling for some red, white, and blue flowers here in the house this July. I dislike living in limbo, but that’s what it is for now. ‘-)
Thankful that friends like you feed my patriotic longings. Thanks for this post full of American spirit!
