A patchwork floral quilt as a tablecloth for an old-fashioned and soft foundation for the classic floral patterned dinnerware and an easy rose frosting cupcake technique!
A modern interpretation of a tradition floral design in a vibrant palette of yellow, lavender, coral and rose and an urn centerpiece planted with flowers from the garden center and grocery store.
Colorful dinnerware inspired by Jana Kolpen’s sojourn in the beautiful city of Barcelona with bold colors and patterns of hand-painted tiles found in Spanish kitchens.
A pattern inspired by a snippet of 1950s textile, a galvanized metal 3 tier server centerpiece with pots, vintage garden tools, and purple Ball Heritage Collection Jars filled with flowers.
A table inspired by the “Run for the Roses”, with napkins dressed in Derby finery, Mint Julep Cups serving as vases and a recipe for a Sweet Tea Julep, Mini Derby Pies with Bourbon Whipped Cream!
A red, white and blooming combination of Endless Summer Hydrangeas, Coleus and Queen Anne’s Lace and flags for a patriotic centerpiece and table with transferware for a high-flying holiday!
You have quite the collection of dishes! So lovely! Dishes for every occasion . It was a great year and looking forward to another great year with your fantastic ideas and recipes.😎🌴
WOW!!! I wouldn’t know which one to pick..they are all gorgeous!! If I HAD to pick a favorite I think my first pick would be Katie Alice Scarlet Posey. Red is my fav color and the red in this is just right. My second choice is a Christmas Table For Two With Plaid and Bunnies and there are more but you have given me such great ideas. I just wish I had some of those dishes, goblets and the space to put them!! Can’t wait for what is to come!! 😍🎈❤️😍
I never tire of your tablescapes, Mary. You had a great 2015. You’ve given me so much inspiration. I’m a dishaholic! I love setting my table for all occasions. Today I’m doing Valentine’s Day. Looking forward to a great 2016 wilth all your tablescape ideas and the recipes that go along with it
What a lovely way to share the review of 2015. I don’t know how you continue to inspire me with your creativity and beautiful tablescapes. Just keep them coming and know that you send joy to many many people. Thank you for sharing the beauty of your talents
I do believe the Mikasa Endearment with the pink cupcakes is my favorite setting, but then maybe I am just longing for Spring and it reminds me of Spring. Love that it looks like antique china.
I will pick one as my all time favorite, well ok..maybe I’ll pick two. Hmmm, can’t decide, ok three. No Wait! I must limit to 4 selections. Oh well…I like them all, can’t decide on a favorite. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us.
Your tables are always worth a 2nd, 3rd, and 10th look Mary, there is always so much to see, to explore and discover…I always see something a second time around that I missed the first time! Like those incredible tulips in the flower therapy table, I was too busy looking at all the florals on the dinnerware and barely noticed the flowers…and the upside down tea cup holding the rose cupcakes, so adorable!! Thank you for your constant inspirations and creative fun!

It’s hard to pick a favorite, Mary, with all those gorgeous tablescapes! Here’s another beautiful calendar that you could have for us to buy! Thanks for all the inspiration and creativity that you so willingly share with us. xo
Thank you for all this inspiration! What talent. Even having seen most of these as they were published, it is a visual treat to view them collectively. My favorite is the fall metallics but I loved them all!
There is snow on the ground, single digits on the thermometer, and the sun is streaming through my windows. And then I open your site up to all of the beautiful and cheerful table scapes…..perfection :-). I think I will make myself a big bowl of fruit….yum
My favorite is the plaid with Bunnies, for some reason the buuny used at Christmas just stole my heart! YOU are the BEST at tables that I know. I love seeing every single one and love this round up!!! Thanks so much!
Mary, your tablescapes are a feast for the eyes! There is so much to take in with every setting! Every photo is magazine-worthy! You inspire with your creativity! Pam@ Everyday Living
As I have said previously about the 2015 recap of the Potting Shed….this post is like turning the pages of a most beautiful book of exquisite, fun, and most beautiful tablescapes…..not to mention the backdrop of that beautiful lake that we see in many of them….Truly a tablescape book that I would have gracing my dining room!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this stroll down memory 2015. I have seen no tablescaping that rivals yours, Mary! You’re the best, and I enjoy the anticipation of what you’ll do next!
