The best part about Valentine’s Day is the abundance of fresh flowers blooming in the grocery stores.
Flowers feed the soul and these Baroness Roses home stopped me in my tracks when I spied them.
They’re joining hydrangeas, lavender carnations and pink & white alstroemeria for a tote full of posies!
I purchased this adorable tote bag that I found through Jenna at The Painted Apron. Her original art is available at Society6to enjoy on bags, as well as on prints, canvas, as note cards, pillows, phone and laptop-skins, travel mugs and more! Society6 was offering free shipping and a discount prior to Valentine’s Day that I was able to take advantage of. Ordering and shipping was quick and easy, paying through my Amazon account. You can find Jenna’s art and designs available, here.
This tote bag design is ‘Flower Pot’. You can find her other tote bag designs, here.
We’ve had a warm winter with temperatures in the 60s and 70s this week, but filling the flower pots won’t happen until April when the threat of frost is over.
Meanwhile, I’m chalking it up to enjoy the bloom in the Potting Shed with a tote full of posies. ;)
“Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul.” ~ Luther Burbank
♥ Hope you had a Happy Valentine’s Day ♥
This is not a sponsored post, just happily sharing a little flower therapy.

I love the phone skins and the totes. And my first sign of Spring that I look for are the Robin’s back in the yard and the small grape hyacinths coming through the snow.
Hi Mary! Your flowery post brightened up this rainy birthday morning!
Seeing your sweet potting shed in ‘She Sheds’ has been like visiting an old friend! Please show us more of your grandmother’s pink chest. I love the colour & glass knobs.
I recognized that tote as one of Jenna’s works right away. I bought a couple pillow covers and just love them. You’ve done the tote justice with that beautiful arrangement.
OH my stars Mary, I had to blink twice when I opened your post!! I was thinking boy that looks familiar and then I realized it was one of my totes!! Who would have thought to fill it full of flowers, why you of course!! That looks over the top cute, and I am thrilled and flattered you bought something and featured it on your blog! The blooming tote with your chalkboard artwork is not only shouting Bloom, but it’s saying Happy Spring too! Thank you so much for the fun, kind words and links!
