All these pictures and recipes would make a great book. I love how you mix all the shades of green in your tablescapes and food vignettes. Your photography and creative styling is superb!

Oh McMary, kiss me shamrocks and toss the Blarney Stone, you have outdone yourself with this Irish round up! I’ve got to try your recipe for Irish cream, one of my favorite weaknesses 😋 and I am off to jot down the Baileys Cream Cheese Icing, how did I ever miss that? I agree with Bonnie, you have a beautiful book here!

Mary, your Irish roundup is all one needs and more for the perfect St. Patrick’s Day celebration. I have a shamrock plant that came home with me with week, but other than that its bunnies around here. Easter seems late this year, especially after last year’s timing, but I’m in the mood to frolic with the rabbits. You started it with “Rabbit, rabbits” on the first. Ha!
I think I will grab a few ideas from this post and celebrate St. Pat’s!

Mary, I love seeing all these things – foods, flowers, and tablescapes. I am caught up in the muck of these renos, and can’t wait for at least ONE of the two to be finished. Kitchen’s getting close. I miss my house and being able to play in dishes. Meanwhile, I can dream over your post. Thanks.

Thank you for these delicious recipes for St. Patrick’s Day! I saved on my Pinterest! Will definitely share with my nieces! I met my husband on St.Patrick’s Day, 2010. I was in training to start my new Business. He was refinancing his home and I was invited to the Closing!

Well Top of the mornin to ya Mary.
I’ll be trying many of your recipes this coming week and beyond. I’m having my kitchen remodeled next month and will be making some of the recipes to freeze while I’ll be using a temporary very limited kitchen in the basement.

I’m not sure if I missed it somewhere but I couldn’t find the ingredients portions for the Pot of Gold Potato Soup. Can you help me find it? It looks so delicious and with the weather turning cold again this weekend here in Michigan it will be great. We have had the strangest winter this year with temperatures in the 60 and 70’s for allot of February. But I’m not complaining!🌞

I absolutely love your blog and turn to you for so much inspiration.

    • March 9, 2017 at 5:55 pm

Hi Ann, I didn’t have the link highlighted, you can find the printable recipe for Pot of Gold Potato Soup here.
Your weather sounds like ours this winter. It’s been mild here but we’re having freezing temperatures the weekend too. Stay warm. ♥

All the food looks so scrumptious!! Love the tablescape in your potting shed.

  25. March 9, 2017 at 8:53 pm

Mary, you should write a seasonal cookbook or a series that takes us through the seasons. The food and tables are beautiful?

  26. March 9, 2017 at 8:55 pm

The ? Should be a period . 👓🙈 I have spent the day on the phone trying to get info about a puppy. I may gave to wait a year, the waiting list is forever.🐶

    • March 10, 2017 at 5:23 am

Oh no… a year for another Yorkie? That’s way too long! 🐾

      • March 10, 2017 at 8:17 pm

No, I decided to stop looking for a Yorkie. The rescues go so quickly (which is a blessing for the pups), and when I looked at breeders, I discovered a plethora of “micro” Yorkies and teacups and “parti-colored.” Surely that can’t be good for the breed. I called a friend who bred my first Scotties in the 1980s. My friend shows her ST and is very involved in rescue and genetic research. A puppy or adoption though people who love the terrier breed seems worth the wait. Till then, I will be an aunt to C & G. :-)

I think it will be beef and beer pot pie for us tomorrow! Our St. Patrick’s parade is being postponed due to weather tomorrow. That’s a first! It’s a huge event here, so I bet the restaurants aren’t too happy they bought all their food.

  28. March 10, 2017 at 9:49 am

Wow!! You sure do St Patrick’s Day up right!! What a fun round up!! I made your shamrock chips the other day for our art club meeting and they were the hit of the party!! Thanks so much for all your great recipes and ideas! Your such a great source for all of us who love to entertain in a more detailed manner!
