No-Bake Easter Bunny Bark

I’m Hopping Down the Bunny Trail with an easy, no-bake treat for Easter,

guaranteed to satisfy everybunny’s sweet tooth! This is a quick and easy treat

to fill your Easter baskets and one that little bunnies would enjoy help making.

I used Annie’s Bunny Grahams for this Easter Bunny Bark.

I found the bunny grahams at Target, but I’ve also seen them at my grocery store.

Pastel candy corn, M&Ms, and sprinkles that look like grass

and Easter eggs make a fun Easter addition.

This is more of a procedure than a recipe, customizing this Bunny Bark

using the candy and sprinkles of your choice. . .

candy eggs, pretzels, jelly beans, and/or gummy worms for hungry chicks 🐣

! You can easily adjust your candy for any holiday or occasion.

You can make this treat in less than an hour (closer to 30 minutes),

in the time it takes for the candy coating to set!

The other ingredients you’ll need are graham crackers and almond bark.

You can find almond bark on the baking aisle near the chocolate chips.

Substitute white chocolate chips or candy melts for the almond bark if you prefer.

I like the CandiQuik brand for the convenience of the disposable microwave tray,

but any brand of almond bark will work.

Easter Bunny Bark

Ingredients

16-ounce package white/vanilla-flavored almond bark

*Chocolate graham crackers (or cinnamon grahams)

Annie’s Bunny Grahams

M&Ms and Pastel Candy Corn or candy of choice

Decorative sprinkles/nonpareils

*Nabisco has discontinued their chocolate graham crackers, use cinnamon or regular graham crackers or you can still find store brand chocolate graham crackers like Kroger’s.

Method:

Line a *rimmed baking sheet with wax or parchment paper so paper extends

over the edges of the pan. Arrange the graham crackers together so that they’re butted

up against one another, piecing together as needed to fill the bottom of your pan.

Melt almond bark according to package directions.

Pour melted almond bark over the top of graham crackers, spreading it evenly over the surface.

Add the bunny grahams, candy and sprinkles of choice while candy coating is warm.

Lightly press the larger ingredients down into melted almond bark to make sure

they’re anchored into the candy. Allow to cool until set, about 30 minutes.

(You can refrigerate bark to speed up setting process if needed.)

Using edges of paper, remove bark from sheet pan and transfer to cutting board.

Use the tip of a knife to break/cut bark into pieces.

I tried to break the pieces so there was at least one bunny on each piece of bark.

*I used an 11 x 15 rimmed baking sheet. Adjust quantity of ingredients as needed.

Kids would love decorating this bunny bark, just make sure little hands

stay away from hot candy coating!

Wrap pieces of bunny bark in cellophane bags or add Easter grass or paper shred

to mini pails for gift giving. I found these mini metal Easter Egg pails for $1 at Walmart.

Mary, This is so cute. I pinned the first pic before I read the post then emailed a page link to my daughter and DIL. Wish I had little ones coming for Easter because this is so cute. How do you think up all these cute ideas? I certainly will look for the cute little bunny grahams.

What a darling Easter bark, Mary, and another fun project for me and Cissy to do next week. She will love this to take home to her family! I already have the M&M’s, sprinkles, and the Candiquick. I just need to stop by Target for the rest of the ingredients. Thanks for another fun project!

I love this idea and my boys would adore doing this! They have nut allergies so I don’t think the almond bark would work. I wonder if there might be substitute?

    • March 19, 2018 at 11:39 am

Amy, ‘Almond Bark’ is a generic term that refers to a quick setting candy coating that used to make candy and you generally add nuts to. CandiQuik doesn’t have almonds in it. Check the back of the package of the candy coating at the grocery store to make sure it’s not made in a factory with nut products. You should be able to find some to make the Bunny Bark :)

I have been wanting to make this ever since you posted this and finally this Easter will be our time! This will be a project with my two tiny grand-babies and my daughters. Can’t wait! Thank you again for all the awesome things you have shared with us over the years! God bless you!

Mary, I’ve been looking for the pastel candy corn but haven’t had any luck. I have made many of your bark recipes, and I think the corn makes this so pretty. Have you been able to locate it this year and if so, where? Thanks and Happy Easter to you!

    • April 8, 2020 at 10:26 am

Hi Peyton, We’ve been sheltering at home for 3 weeks. I can usually find it at HomeGoods but all their stores are closed right now. You might check Michaels and use curbside pick up or try online. Happy Easter ♥

  23. March 26, 2021 at 5:43 pm

March 2021 I found this recipe here last year and now it’s a year later and I plan to make it soon. I have purchased all the ingredients for this adorable bunny bark. I had a hard time finding the pastel candy corn and finally found it on Amazon in individual packets as “ Scripture Candy, Easter Promise Seeds Spring Pastel Colored Candy Corn Made with Real Honey” for $6.99
I plan to make next week before Easter.
    Happy Easter everyone!

  24. April 3, 2021 at 1:48 pm

I have made this every Easter since you posted it. I just finished it for tomorrow’s egg hunt snacks and I am smiling at how cute it is! Each year the 8 adult children go on about how delicious it is and the 10 grandchildren just marvel at all the bunnies. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe and idea! It is a wonderful one!

Mary – I have made these last Easter, then again for Halloween and for Valentine’s Day. I have been trying to get the Honey Maid Chocolate Graham Crackers for weeks now and have not been able to find them. I have checked 2 different Supermarkets, Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreen’s and Rite Aid and then checked Amazon. No one seems to have them. Have you found them in your area recently? Don’t know if it is a supply chain issue or if Nabisco has stopped making them? I will use the Cinnamon Graham Crackers, but disappointed to not have the Chocolate ones.

Thanks for all of your wonderful recipes and decor ideas!

    Linda D.

Hi Linda, How disappointing! I just looked online and saw they are out of stock everywhere. I wonder if Nabisco is resizing the packaging for shrinkflation? I’ve run into that with other items, they’re gone and then reappear weeks later in a smaller size box. Wonder if you can find a store brand version of them?
