In the Potting Shed: Celebrating the Red, White and Bloom!

I’m in the Potting Shed, celebrating the Red, White and Bloom!

Flowers in a flag formation, were blooming on melamine plates on sale at Pier 1. . .

Ideal for a little patriotic tabletop fun in the Potting Shed!

Red, White & Blue Wildflower seed packets from American Meadows, are ready to be sown, and as a little patriotic favor for gardening season.

They’re paired with a garden glove, lined with a napkin. Tuck in a few flowers in water picks to celebrate the bloom!

A watering can is blooming with red, white and blue flowers. . .

Hydrangeas, alstroemeria and charmelia.

And I’m weighing in on transferware love.

Pieces of blue and white transferware were collected over time. . .a little shabby and time worn . . .

Imperfectly perfect to serve up flowers!

Ball Stars & Stripes Keepsake Jars are serving up patriotic flatware. . .

Help yourself to a Stars and Stripes Berry Trifle, HERE.

A no-bake easy dessert to celebrate the Red, White & Blueberry!

The topper of the floral flag plates is the icing on the cake. I like to open your posts before the newspaper. . . . yours is all good news. Thanks for starting my day, good morning to you.

Those plates are adorable! I’m sort of liking the more laid back, not so in your face, patriotic decor this year. I saw some pillows ta JoAnn’s that were simply blue and white flowers that I may have to run back and buy for the porch. Thanks for all the holiday inspiration!

Sooo beautiful! I always picture myself sitting at one of your gorgeous tables, being near the potting shed, or on a peaceful cruise with the furbaby. It’s fabulous!

  32. June 13, 2019 at 11:13 am

Mary, as with all you do, the details are perfection! A patriotic table may be my favorite! At least in the summer months for sure. I can’t help but play with all my red, white, and blue dishes. You have some fun pieces, but oh, my am I ever crushing over the shippy red bench with the blue sides. You find the absolutely best treasures!!! Happy Patriotic Summer!
