I found festive New Year headbands at the Dollar Spot at Target. Getting them to ‘sit’ and ‘stay’ (both the headbands and the girls) is a real trick and takes a lot of treats.

The NYE headband lasted about 10 minutes before the initials popped off. . .
I spied this Happy New Year fascinator at Party City when I was picking up edible glitter stars for New Year’s Eve Popcorn Party Mix.
The feathers on it, a perfect match for Lola’s flyaway hair on her ears. . .
For such a happy and playful little dog, she takes posing for treats very seriously. ;)

Happy 2019 Mary, Gracie & Lola! The fascinator is precious & Lola looks like a party girl. Gracie is so prim & proper & those eyes looking up at you just melts your heart! 💕 The sweaters are adorable. The girls always look so fashionable. Lola gave me a chuckle with her head turned away from the camera as if she were saying “this photo shoot is over since there is only a cone shaped hat next to me (I know since I checked it out) & the treats are missing”. Oh my, if not already they should be calendar girls! Glad I found you because they make me smile. None of my dogs ever wanted to wear anything. My last little precious would wear a sweater and a coat but all the others would lie down and not move (after they couldn’t rip it off) until I removed them. Little stinkers they were.
