‘Hats Off to Leprechauns’ St. Patrick’s Day Table with Belleek Teapot Flower Arrangement

‘Hats Off to Leprechauns’ for a little folklore and fun in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day! Create a table with mini leprechaun hats, edible pots of gold, a Belleck Irish Cottage Teapot flower arrangement and cabbage leaf bowls.

St. Patrick’s Day is just a few days away and you know what they say . . .

There are two kinds of people, those who are Irish and those who wish they were!

A Belleek Irish Cottage Teapot provides a centerpiece for this St. Patrick’s Day table, blooming with a combination of Mums, Carnations and Green Trick Dianthus, reminiscent of Irish moss. . .

While glittery shamrock picks add wishes for good health, good luck, and happiness, in addition to some sparkle, known to attract leprechauns.

Scattered coins for good luck are sprinkled down a cut work lace runner, layered over a black and white buffalo check tablecloth as a foundation for the table.

What have we here. . . ?

It looks like we found this leprechaun’s stash of edible gold, aka ROLOs, hiding under his hat! ☘️

More cabbages in the form of spray napkin rings and mini cabbage bowls serving up sweet shamrocks~ Grace’s Irish Shortbread! ☘️

Seeded green goblets give the illusion of watery bubbles, appropriate for a table celebrating the Emerald Isle.

If you’re lucky enough to be Irish, you’re lucky enough! ☘️

I am a sucker for a green flower and I absolutely adore those green dianthus. I grew them in containers outside last year because I love them so much. I haven’t seen those pretty green mums though. I need to look for some of those!

So cute!!! We were a little bit on the same wave length this St. Patty’s Day! All of your little details and treasures are so fun! Fabulous Table!!

  23. March 14, 2019 at 1:37 pm

Mary, another wonderful table! I’m green with envy over the stemware! I’ve had rotten success finding vintage or new dark green glasses to complement my Ireland Pursuit pattern, everyday glasses. So this year, I hand-painted shamrocks on Dollar Tree pilsners for some Irish good luck. Happy a great holiday!
