Lola’s stopping by to wish you a Independence Day . . .
And wearing a sparkly USA headband to celebrate the red, white and blue!
I always get questions and emails about how I get her to pose for photos wearing something on her head.
The secret is lots of treats! 🐾
We like these grain free petite treats, that come in several flavors, like this turkey pomegranate & ginger that’s a favorite. To help help her headband on her head, I wrap the ends with a pipe cleaner to hold them together, and then slip the headband on. The white pipe cleaners are camouflaged by her fur.
She takes posing for the camera and her treats very seriously. ;)

After coming in this morning from the humid heat in Texas ,,,, seeing this white fluff with dark eyes and showing her red white and blue so seriously, was a treat. Happy 4th of July. I am glad there are so many holidays we get to see Lola celebrate.
