Come on Fall! These 90 degree days just make you want to melt. But you inspired me to buy small pumpkins yesterday!
Surely I can find something to do with them and my sunflowers. Keep up the good work!!
🙋♀️I’m ready to welcome fall!🙋♀️
You always deliver a fabulous table, whether it’s on the boat, the porch, dockside, anywhere! And that pumpkin patch around the potting shed was fantastic!
I’m ready for Fall but won’t see it anytime soon in Georgia. I love those adorable plates with the owls and other animals.
You are the Queen of tablescapes! Harvesting, Reaping and Sowing, is my all time favorite for fall!🍁
Lovely just lovely
Mary, it would be a pleasure to sit at one of your tables. This a beautiful recap of your creative talent as a table stylist. I look forward to blog hopping with you next week! Have a wonderful Thursday!
Beautiful table-scapes! You have given me lots of inspiration for preparing a wedding anniversary dinner. Thanks for using so much natural beauty to lift our spirits. It is raining here with more to come all day. Looking at your photos is so peaceful and relaxing, a true gift from you.
I pimmed the arrangement using a vase within a vase. Love using this trick . I have used jelly beans at Easter, used carrots , lemons, etc. It is a fun way of getting extra color and interest in your bouquet. Love your posts.
I’m ready!!! Love Fall too….what I see in this post are the Woodland creatures…they are soooo cute…but they are also hard to find….love all those table scapes!!! Keep Fall coming!!! 🍁🍂🍁🍂
Thank you Ellen, you can find a set, minus the bunny here: https://www.pier1.com/mazey-critters-salad-plate-set-/4119570.html#internal-search-product&autocplt=undefined
As always, beautiful tablescapes! Love the plates, where did you pick up the neat plates?
Wow…I had forgotten how many Falls you have done…all beautiful…definately something to gather inspiration from…Thank you
I’m ready to welcome Fall along with you, Mary! As I scrolled through your pictures, I kept saying, “Oh, that’s my favorite!”, at each one. I guess they’re all my favorite settings. Thank you for the inspiration! 🍁 🍂 🍁
Oh, oh, oh! Your tablescapes are ah-mazing! That plate with the OWLS! LOVE IT!
Your talent just overflows and such inspiration!

I’m another fall lover 😊 and it is finding it’s way here to Michigan. Also, love all the beautiful fall decorating ideas in this post! I hope your efforts bring you as much joy as they do me.
So wonderful to go down memory lane with all of your beautiful tablescapes!
I am trying so hard not to buy pumpkins until Mother Nature turns the thermostat down, but you are not helping Mary, with this plethora of pumpkin love you are sharing today!! So many beautiful tables, centerpieces…and of course the pontoon picnic is one of my favorites! I love the way you use throws and blankets on your tables, makes everything look so cozy! At least I am actually remembering cool, crisp weather as I browse through your beautiful photos!
Jenna
Everything you do is sooo beautiful! Thank you!
I love the intimate fall table of the pontoon picnic! Indeed, all of your pics are magazine-worthy. Thank you!
Mary
Everything you do is so beautiful!
Love it all………..
Thanks for sharing.
I agree with the above statement, each one makes me say , oh,this is my favorite, until I scroll to the next picture, haha. But I believe my absoultute, very most favorite is the beautiful pontoon picnic! That just melts my heart and my second is the soft and feathery urn in the “softer side of fall”. Gosh, that setting is so lovely with the pretty throw over the white cloth and the serene water / lake in the background. I am off to a doctor’s appointment with hubby, but upon my return will visit each again as they all are so wonderful. Yes, I’m starting to bring out some fall decorations and get ready for the cooler nights, bon fires and cider, a colorful and fun season indeed!
Thank you for sharing so much pretty
Oh my! So much beauty!! How can i pick my favorite? Each one is so unique and full of color and texture! Each setting is charming. So many ideas to always glean from you. Thank you for sharing your talent!!
They are all so beautiful but I think my favorite is the Fall with Woodland creatures. Thinking of trying to make a natura! runner down the center of my table outside using some of your great ideas. I have a lot of dried hydrangeas and with some pumpkins from my garden and some faux gourds I think I can give it a try.Not sure about a tablecloth but maybe an old quilt might work. Anyway Thank you Mary for all your incredible tablescapes.
As usual Mary all of your displays are gorgeous.
HAPPY FALL
Marion
Mary your posts are always so warm and friendly. Beautiful.
Marilyn
Love your settings. The Autumn Delight by Johnson Brothers are lovely.

These photos are “almost” more than my heart can handle…just simply…wonderful!!! *sigh* I need to “step up my game” for certain! xxx franki
Lovin’ all the warm colors Mary! Happy Fall:@)
Mary, I am going to pin this entire post to my Fall Decor and Arrangements board. I will need all the help I can get with the historic homes tour two weeks away from tomorrow. First on my list is a natural table runner. I have dried lots of hydrangeas to decorate with. Have you ever used dried hydrangeas on a wreath? Your tablescapes are just remarkable, thank you so much for your tutorials and design advice.
Hi Virginia, I have used dried hydrangeas on a wreath here: https://homeiswheretheboatis.net/2016/09/22/welcome-fall-diy-wreath-with-natural-elements/
Spray your dried hydrangea blooms with aerosol hair spray to keep them from shattering and to help them last longer. I’m sure your home and tour will be wonderful. ❤️
Mary, This was a delightful post! I truly enjoyed it! So many beautiful tablescapes! I love the woodland fox salad plate! I think you have a wonderful collection of whimsical, fun plates to pair with your other beautiful tableware. You also have such lovely linens. Can you tell I love linens, household goods & plates better than clothes? It’s my weakness! Lol We’re ready for Fall but it’s still so very hot, humid & dry. I’ve got over 30 shrubs & trees to plant but I can’t dig the holes till it rains (heavy clay soil)! Maybe next week. 🤞 Clara ♥️
L’automne est aussi ma saison préférée. Que de bonnes idées de nouveau dans ce message. Je fais essayer de les imiter, bien qu’ayant moins de jolie vaisselle que vous.
Très bonne journée
Is Francoise’s reply in French? How lovely! Mary, your creativity and beautiful tablescapes never cease to amaze me! Welcome Autumn!
Mary, where did you get your white urn that you use in your tablescapes? I’ve always wanted one and a have a difficult time finding anything similar. Can you please also tell me how tall and wide it is so I can get the scale correct? Thank you so much.
Hi Linda, The urn is from my retail days. It’s cast iron and very heavy and I would love to find a fiberglass or resin version of it. It’s 9 inches tall by 13 inches wide.
Hi Mary,
If the tag is still available, and it’s easy to access, could you provide the manufacturer of the tablecloth for the Autumn’s Delight table? It is the table cloth with the plaid and pumpkins. I see your links indicate it was purchased from Home Goods years ago, but I’m hoping to find one on eBay or some other reseller.
Thanks for making it feel like autumn with your gorgeous photos, even if our weather is still holding on to summer heat!
Thanks,
Betsy
Mary,
I found it on eBay!
Betsy
So glad Betsy! ♥
All of your tablescapes are so pretty with the “Softer side of Fall” being my favorite. Thanks for sharing your creativity.
Wow!!! Amazing and inspirational as well!
