wow, thanks for posting recipe ♣ apple cake brings back memories of something my grandmother from ballymote, county sligo, ireland used to make. although not traditional, this is also scrumptious when served w/dollop of whipped cream….excuse me, i suddenly feel the need to go make a pot of tea… ;-) ♣
