- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup basil leaves packed
Pulse salt and basil leaves together in food processor.
Spread salt mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 225 degrees F until dry, 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and let salt cool on baking sheet; pulse again in food processor to make a fine powder.
Store in an airtight jar.
