Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves packed

Instructions

  • Pulse salt and basil leaves together in food processor.
  • Spread salt mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 225 degrees F until dry, 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and let salt cool on baking sheet; pulse again in food processor to make a fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight jar.
