- 1 clove garlic
- 1 15 ounce can black beans; drained
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 2.25 ounce can black olives, drained
Spooky Tortilla Chips
- Package of spinach tortillas
- Olive oil or baking spray
- cookie cutters
- sea salt
To Make Spooky Tortilla Chips
Using a spooky cookie cutters, cut out shapes in the tortillas. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Spritz with olive oil or baking spray and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until chips are crisp, but not brown. Allow to cool and serve with dip or hummus.
