Ingredients
16oz.package of refrigerated cookie dough; chocolate chipsugar or peanut butter cookie dough
PEEPS Marshmallow Bunniescolors of choice
1can of vanilla frosting or flavor of choice
Decorative sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Press refrigerated cookie dough together (slicing if needed) so dough covers the bottom of tart pan.
Bake according to package directions, around 10 – 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Place pan on wire rack and allow to cool completely. When cookie tart is cool, remove outer ring of tart pan.
Fill a piping bag with frosting, fitted with a 1M star tip. Pipe frosting around edge of cookie. Arrange Peeps in a circle in center of cookie. When arranged, apply a dollop of frosting on the back of each Peep to hold in place. Add decorative sprinkles to frosting border and on top of the cookie if desired.
