Equipment

  •  Stainless Steel Moscow Mule Mug

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Sweet Tea Vodka
  • ½ oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 12 oz. can Ginger Beer
  • 2 peach slices diced and muddled / smashed the end of wood spoon to release the peach flavor
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  • To mug add diced/muddled peach slice(s).
  • Fill mug half full with crushed ice.
  • Add sweet tea vodka, peach schnapps and top with ginger beer.
  • Add generous squeeze of lime; stir to combine.
  • Garnish with additional peach slice and lime if desired.

Notes

  • There are endless ways to customize your own Moscow Mule recipe. I used Sweet Tea Vodka and Peach Schnapps which I already had. Mix your own version substituting peach nectar, peach or regular vodka and a splash of sweet tea.
  • Make sure your mug is lined with stainless steel which won’t react with the acid in the lime or fruit juice.
