Winter Survival Snow Cream Cocktail

Got Snow? Shake up a Snow Cream Cocktail, inspired by childhood snow cream but with an adult twist and in cocktail form.

Equipment

  • cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • Fresh clean snow
  • 4 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur such as Bailey’s or Homemade recipe
  • 4 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 4 oz. Half and Half
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Fill a martini shaker with fresh clean snow.
  • To shaker add: Irish Cream Liqueur, White Chocolate Liqueur and Half and Half.
  • Shake up ingredients and immediately pour into chocolate drizzled glass.
  • For the chocolate drizzle:
    Place martini glass in the freezer to chill.
    Add chocolate syrup to the inside of the glass and immediately return it to the freezer to help chocolate drizzle firm up.

Notes

Pack in as much snow as will fit in your shaker. Immediately add ingredients and shake until mixed. Your snow will melt, so pack in as much additional snow as will fit in your shaker and immediately shake again until mixed.
