A little bird told me about a bottle / mug rack at HomeGoods a couple of months ago. It flew home with me to hang in my Potting Shed for a colorful display and easy access to my jars for vases.

Thank you Michelle! Don’t you just love this site??

Oh so gorgeous, a color shot from heaven! We have been in 3 days of 100′ visibility of cold wet fog, as in 50 shades of gray, all this pizzazz is so welcome! I get undone when you share missed homegoods finds… as usual it’s so ME/you/US! Except I rarely shop on the coast and goodies are flitting away! Beautiful vignettes, from Caribbean blues to spring flowers, all you need to do is share a day of chocolate and my circle of happiness will be complete…

I much appreciate the rays of sunshine and warmer days you bring today, with your potting shed full of spring blooms! The moss bunny in the basket of tulips is my favorite~and your new found mug rack couldn’t be more perfect to keep your colorful jars at hand, looks so cute! Is your potting shed heated Mary? Brrr~ Love the photo of the flowers in front of the painting, at first I thought you had just blurred the background behind the nest and old watering can, very cool!
    Congrats to the lucky winners!

    Yea for the winners!!
I love all your bouquets of flowers in all the jars, Mary! You never fail to inspire us. The bottle rack is the perfect addition to my favorite potting shed. Whenever you get tired of playing out there, I’ll be happy to take up residence!!
    Enjoy your weekend. xo

The bunnies! All the bunnies!! I need more bunnies!! I have never been in a HomeGoods store. I think I need to stay far away. LOL

Congratulations to the winners! I love the idea of taking them to her garden club, and I DO want to see pictures!
I love your style Mary! When I walk into my potting shed, I have to admit I am a bit sad that I don’t have YOUR potting shed!

It is cold and we still have snow here in VA. I am not complaining, I enjoy every season.

Did you ever dream you would get so much mileage out of your potting shed? It continues to be a perfect backdrop for so many of your designs. Dang, I’m sorry I didn’t win the purple jars as they are my favorite and so far I’ve not found them.

Beautiful! I love all the floral arrangements in your ball jars. I have all three colors and love them so much. I use them for everything. They are so fun for flowers, candy, drinking glasses just about anything. Right now I have pastel gumballs in preparation for Spring. Mary, I love your site, you give me so much inspiration. I love your new mug/jar rack. It is so fun and that little bird on top is just the icing on the cake!

  18. February 20, 2015 at 11:18 am

Congratulations to the winners. I LOVE your new rack for the jars! I have some tulips in the kitchen from Trader Joes but they are fading so I need some NEW flower therapy. It is brutal cold here. Stay warm and have a great weekend!

You know, I am thinking, why do we not ever see the HUMONGOUS warehouse attached to the wee potting shed where your wonderfully labelled and easily visible and right within reach bounteous goods are stored? From your magnificent quilt collection, to birds, and jars and a most enviable dish library – where O where do you store these precious things? (I still lust for those adorable crab plates…)

Even today in California where the fruit trees are all a’blossom, the riot of flowers is a smile for the day.

  20. February 20, 2015 at 1:58 pm

Mary, your darling potting shed indeed speaks of spring. And oh, so eloquently! Every detail from the fresh flowers to the mossy bunny. Makes me want to go up in the attic and pull down the tubs of Easter things.
Hope that adorable potting shed is heated. I hate to think of you out there in this frigid weather.

You did it again! The trays are just beautiful and your creativity amazes me. I’m supposed to be downsizing but after seeing your potting shed – not happening! Trawling antique shops is right at the top of my list – just as soon as the snow goes away. Meanwhile. Lots of dreaming. Thank you.

  23. February 20, 2015 at 5:48 pm

I think I’m in need of some therapy too… flowers couldn’t hurt either:@) Congrats to your winners Mary, I know they’ll have fun with the jars! Stay warm!

  24. February 20, 2015 at 7:23 pm

Mary, I realized I failed to congratulate the winners. I know they are going to enjoy these colorful jars. Mine are filled with spring blooms. ;-)

  25. February 20, 2015 at 9:28 pm

    Mary,
I am so excited to win the Purple Heritage Ball Collection jars! Thank you so much for your generosity. I keep seeing lavender in them, but plan to experiment with all kinds of uses. I will be re-reading your older posts for ideas, and am thinking one of your food recipes in a Ball jar is in my future.

    I still can’t believe I won.

  28. February 21, 2015 at 7:47 am

Mary, It is 5 below zero here this morning and that doesn’t include the wind chill. I was planning to curl up with a good book and something warm and watch the next 8″ of snow fall, but your beautiful pictures and spring details have given me inspiration and hope! I will start by finding some of my bunnies. (I have one like yours holding up the books and pointing his nose to the moon in a lamp version and I just love him!) I may be back to scroll through a few more times today to remind me that “spring” is only a month away! Linda

  29. February 21, 2015 at 8:14 am

You started my day off with a smile with these gorgeous pictures of the feel of a glorious spring day!….love the combination of the daffodils and irises. Congrats to the winners…what a wonderful giveaway!
