I planted my ladder with the harbingers of spring~ daffodils, fragrant hyacinths, camellias, and some flowering plum~ filling pots, jars and a pitcher.
An Oh Yes! Fruit Crate provides a sturdy foundation for bird house and pot of daffodils.
And an assortment of rescued transferware, with chips, cracks and missing lids are ideal for bulbs and pots or flying flags, and provide some additional blue flowers.
A rake head makes a handy rack for hanging and displaying flowers and a stamped spoon garden marker.
Potted daffodils and hyacinths are blooming in a galvanized bucket with a bunny and eggs among the foliage.
An old crate holds tools, blue bottle vases for camellias, a flower frog with a vintage-inspired postcard. . .
And a Ball jar is filled with colored eggs.
Bunnies are multiplying. . . :)
And with the arrival of spring, every girl’s got to have some new shoes!
Wellies blooming with printed flowers were freshly picked from T.J. Maxx. I filled them with a pot of hyacinths, colored eggs and a moss bunny.
Hope you have a spring in your step with the arrival of spring!
Very welcome colors indeed Mary! I should have some early daffs to pick in the yard this week myself (especially with it going up to 67 on Wednesday, woo-hoo!). You know me well enough to know that all I can say about multiplying rabbits is… nooooooo! Have a great week:@)
OMG! I just inherited my mom’s tray with the flowers just like you have. (the large one that is oblong shaped). I didn’t know there were other pieces with it. It is beautiful in the shed. I must find a place of honor for it. thank you.
Your artistic eye and love of nature shows in everything you do. Can’t wait for warm weather, we are to have 1-3 inches of snow today. Our meteorologist says warmer weather won’t be till the middle of April. Have a Blessed day Mary.
What a lovely posting of arrangements in your potting shed–love the hyacinths and daffodils. Bring on spring!! We have a family of rabbits living underneath the wooden shed near our house. Your potting shed reminds me of when I would visit my grandmother who had a green thumb. Not only did she grow many flowers, she had a nice vegetable garden every year.
Utterly delightful Mary, surprises everywhere, your ladder is simply exploding with spring! Your eclectic combo of everything spring with the vintage pieces is crazy fun and the flower filled boots full of Easter at the end made me hop into a big smile! Thanks for starting the week in such a happy way!

Mary, I’m enjoying some excellent window shopping here~~I love all your bunnies and the “seeds” box and the floral trays on your walls and shelves that you tease us with sometimes. Hope you are enjoying some beautiful weather! Linda
THIS sure put a SPRING in my step! You do know that we ALL have “potting shed envy” every time you do a post in here!!! Everything is beautiful, and puts a smile on my face!!!
I enjoyed looking at all the fabulousness on your artfully arranged ladder. I am amazed at how you can put so many things on it and have it look so effortlessly styled. I find your ladder arrangements very inspiring–I loved the one you did for Christmas several months ago. Thanks for sharing your talents with your readers!
I want to bring my coffee and a good book to just hang out in your inviting potting shed. You have such a touch for turning simple things into a thing of beauty. Happy Monday :-).
When I think it cannot get any better you pull the rabbit out of the hat and place him in the boot!….Beautiful, beautiful…I am always amazed at the many wonderful vintage garden items that fill your garden shed. You certainly have ushered Spring in so, so beautifully….and must say that I am in love with your blue and white!
You have way too much fun! ‘-)
This makes me want a play house of my own. I smile every time I think about you styling in the potting shed. It’s the perfect venue for just such whimsey. I’m crushing over that darling litter of little bunnies all in a row, and your new wellies look like MacKenzie-Childs Flower Garden pattern. You find the best things!
Happy Spring to you, my friend!
this is one of your best inspiration post…..or maybe because it is spring…or a combination of both….thanks girl for sharing the creative person you are…
Spring is my favorite time of year. I can’t wait to do my planting and head out on the boat. Besides, I am really tired of all the chilly weather by now. What a lovely post!
Love your potting shed. I have a potting shed and I have been working in it to get my Spring and Easter theme out. You decorate your potting shed every time so pretty. Can’t wait to see what you do each time. Happy Spring……
What a great potting shed and I love how you decorate it! I wish I had a shed again. I had one at our last house but I course I could not decorate inside since it was full of shovels and the lawnmower. I was only able to decorate the outside area. I love seeing everything that you do with your shed. Have a great day!
Yearning for those wonderful colors you displayed in your shed. You add an artistic touch to Mother Nature.

Spring is in your potting shed! The flowers are in bloom , the trees are budding, a sure sign of spring.🌺🌼🌷
I hope my early Daffodils survive the snow we may get in the middle of the week. Love your ladder and the colors. Thanks for sharing..
