looks so relaxing, i know your boating was seriously hampered this summer. its glorious here too, fog clears out for warm sunny days on the coast, was 90 yesterday and the ocean was like glass, its those moments that take your breath away. your girls make me think of my cats curling in you bags. thanks for sharing the tranquility, and the glimpse of more to come is tingling to my senses, may you have another romantic dinner cruise of your own tonight too~

We did some boating yesterday too, probably the last time out this season. Nobody wanted to get in the water and the rain came in ~but it’s hard not to go out when it’s in the 80’s
We went out, too! Just glorious…HOPE WE GET RAIN…it is depressingly dry and will most certainly take a toll on “leaf peeping.” franki

Sunset on the water, there is nothing prettier! The changing leaves along the shore line are incredibly beautiful and those little cotton balls of yours couldn’t be any cuter! We had a summer like week at the beach and even Karen didn’t chase us away as she kindly fizzled out~we came home to a yard full of fallen leaves so I guess autumn is really on the way! Have a wonderful week Mary, and thank you for the sunset cruise!

It looks like a perfect evening–nice to watch the sun. Yes hasn’t been hot here? I am hoping today is the last warm day, I think the weather is going to turn a bit. Your puppies are as cute as can be!

I am so stinkin jealous:):) We are having summer temps too, 85 again today. TOO hot for Oct. but I will take this rather than the SNOW out west!!!! YUCK! The doggies look so happy, and Mr. is lookin good too:)

My dream would be to live on a lake as you do!!! I live by the Bay and the ocean but I am so drawn to lakes…we are having exceptionally beautiful weather now too and I am spending lots of time in my kayak. I think growing up in Seattle Wash takes me back to the beautiful lakes but my home is in San Diego where it is ocean, ocean, ocean! Love your photos!
Adorable Skippers you have on your boat :) Beautiful sunset on the lake and the colors of those trees makes me yearn for fall! 85 today in warm, sunny CA .. just east of San Francisco! Acorns everywhere but the leaves are sticking to the trees .. so far!
Looks like excellent boating conditions. The girls obviously enjoy this! I would too. What a delightful way to unwind at the end of the day. Hope you have more just such days to come yet.
Boating time is about over for us so we are getting in a few last minute outings before the boat comes out of the water. I love all the changes this time of year.
