At the Table: Pfaltzgraff Aria Red for Valentine’s Day

DSC_2145-001

I’m at the table with Pfaltzgraff Aria for a heart-filled table with Valentine’s Day around the corner.

Pfaltzgraff Aria Red Dinnerware provides a stoneware foundation that’s versatile for year round dining and timely for setting a Valentine’s table with a pop red in celebration!

I picked up three LED lighted trees on clearance after Christmas. Fun for lighting the way for snowmen and for an easy centerpiece for a Valentine’s Day table.

I found a box of assorted mini ornaments in pink and red for 80% off after Christmas, one aisle over from the Valentine’s Day goodies at Hobby Lobby. I tied them on the trees with red baker’s twine and added a chenille stem heart garland that I cut into thirds to hang on the trees.

Lace edged chambray napkins in a natural linen add a homespun feel paired with the stoneware. Valentine heart ribbon is tied on the napkins in lieu of napkin rings.

Towle Irresistible Heart Demitasse Spoons also fun for dishing candy from a bowl!

And a Heart Pie and Cake Server Set is available for serving your Valentine’s Day desserts.

A Valentine’s Day Ice Cream Float is easy to serve and mix with vanilla ice cream and Cranberry Ginger Ale.

Top with Wilton Jumbo Heart Sprinkles, serve with a straw and Irresistible Heart Ice Cream Spoon!

Lovely, Mary! The little trees were a great find — they go from one holiday to another without missing a beat. I put up most of my snow people yesterday — the snow babies are sleeping for another year. Now I have to see what I have for Valentines Day — not much I’m afraid. You always give me great ideas, but I don’t anywhere to put your “ideas” when I get them home! ;)

Thanks Snap! I’m running out of room and ‘ideas’ myself :)

Beautiful table Mary! Love those lighted trees all adorned for the Holiday.

Oh Mary, I want to come sit at your ❤️table! What a happy guest I would be! Setting the stage with your white lighted, adorned trees is perfect. I love the heart handles on the serving pieces and your lacy edged napkins. I want to make those ice cream floats for my grands. Thanks for the ideas, Mary.

Okay, so now I’m craving ice cream and chocolate for breakfast! Your lighted trees are just perfect for Valentine decorations Mary, you are so smart to shop the after Christmas sales…Your table is a sea of hearts, and the Pflatzgraff Aria Red looks like it was made to sit on those cute heart place mats. I am crazy over the heart flatware, so so cute paired with the heart candies…a cheery way to start this week!

Ice cream and chocolate are the breakfast of champions Jenna! I’m not one to shop much for after Christmas sales but I got lucky this time :)

Sooo cute!! Love all your ideas. I went to the Pfaltzgraff website to get a couple sets of the heart shaped spoons and they were not available.:( Love them and wanted a set for myself and more as gifts. Maybe they will get some in before Valentine’s day.

    • February 2, 2015 at 3:01 pm

Hi Sue, I was sorry to see that the demitasse spoons were no longer available :( but the ice cream ones are and on sale to boot!

  10. February 2, 2015 at 9:56 am

Hi Mary, This is another wonderful and versatile Pfaltzgraff pattern and with the trees and lights you have created a cozy and comfy Valentine’s setting for a loving group of friends or family! I think my teaspoon of sugar would be even sweeter if I used the cute heart spoons, too! And yum to anything cranberry, especially when combined with ice cream! Linda

Pretty~Pretty~Pretty! Valentines Day is one of my favorites, esp. since we were married on Feb. 14th!
This table is just lovely, with the Matelasse coverlet, Valentine heart ribbons, straws & those precious ♥ shaped spoons & servers.
I’ve never seen that ♥ shaped candy before…looks yummy along with that pink float.

Thanks for the link to the Towle items…I’m running over to check things out right now!

Mary, your table of heart delights makes my own heart sing with joy. So festive! I hopped right over to order the heart ice cream spoons for myself and for gifts, but sadly they are no longer available. Guess I’m late to the party! ;-(
Off to pin some of these cute ideas. Love the valentine ice cream float! Wonderful idea for dessert.
