I made your angel food cake for Easter yesterday. It was beautiful & delicious!
My niece & granddaughter both had fun helping to assemble the cake. I made the filling in advance, using 12 ounces of light cream cheese with the Trader Joe’s lemon curd (been my favorite for years). This was the perfect amount for the large round cake cut in 3 layers. Thank you for this recipe. It was the perfect Easter/Spring dessert.
