I’m at the table with red and green plaid and Pfaltzgraff Dancing Snowflakes dinnerware.
Dancing Snowflakes by Pfaltzgraff provides a little Christmas cheer in a classic color combination of red, green and white for the table. Constructed of porcelain, it’s microwave and dishwasher safe.
A plaid tablecloth provides the quintessential Christmas red and green for a festive foundation for the table.
A deer adorns the salad plates and mugs and is found leaping inside the soup bowls.
I’m mad about plaid and found fun plaid chargers at Michaels! They provide an additional pattern to punctuate and frame the plates.
I filled my galvanized metal 3-tier stand some red and green for a centerpiece for the table~ candy canes, ornaments, and bottle brush trees. Rock salt provides a little a little wintery atmosphere and contrast for bright red ornaments.
A snowflake ornament garland swags from the tiers, hanging along side candy canes for a festive and sweet touch.
And an assortment of bottle brush trees are nestled in the rock salt of the tray, and in green Epsom salt-filled Ball jars for a wintery mix.
Ornaments with prancing deer and snowy white trees top mugs at the table.
And paisley and plaid napkins are paired with silver napkin rings.

Hi Mary, I LOVE this pattern! I’m looking for a new set for Christmas morning and later, and I think these could be easily used into January for a wintery table too! And the green Ball jars are perfect with the little snowscape inside. Adding the plaid is genius for a cozy touch on a wintery day. Now if your festive, cheery table doesn’t put one in the Christmas spirit, I don’t know what would! The dishes are a pretty wintry pattern and I love how you paired them with the plaids and the paisley. Mary, you worked your creative magic on the centerpiece with the galvanized tray, the canning jars with the bottle brush trees and the salts and garland. Oh, to be a guest at your table would be such a treat!

I already have 2 of those Pfaltzgraff Red All Purpose Glasses & I’m running off to their site to buy more, since they’re on sale right now. Red works so well for so many holiday tables. I’m finally looking forward to doing Turkey Day as well as Christmas dinner for my family this year.

Dropping everything to run to Michaels for those plaid chargers- Pottery barn knock offs????. Love the green Mason jars too. I was married the day after Christmas so it was no surprise that my wedding gifts happily included sets of Spode’s Christmas Tree pattern as well as Lenox’s Holiday pattern. Love them both.

I tried ordering the chargers online but have to buy 12, so am calling my local Michaels to see if they have them. I LOVE THEM!!! I also love every bit of this table. I am on the lookout for a tiered server, they are so wonderfully versatile!!!

Love your beautiful Christmas tablescape!! With the weather yesterday in the 40’s and today only in the 50’s, it sets the mood for the holidays. Our 20th wedding anniversary is December 22nd.
I am mad for your plaid table, and the prancing deer dishes are too cute! I’m so glad you told where you found those plaid chargers. The closest Michael’s store is Columbia and I hope they don’t sell out before I get there! I will check to see if I can order online!

I always find inspiration at your tables. Often, you have used something that I have but haven’t thought of in that way. I am glad to see you using the green ball jars that I haven’t used since spring. They are perfect for Christmas. I really like how you used the galvanized stand too. I have one tucked away that I want to now pull out. Such pretty plaids. Perfect with the dishes. I am trying desperately to resist buying any more Christmas dishes but these are so pretty.
