Everything is wonderful. Can you tell me where to find the urn you used as a centerpiece. I am trying to find one that’s not concrete so that it’s not so heavy. thanks so much.
Both tables are just lovely. It’s amazing how just changing a few things can give you two entirely different looks. My favorite is the flatware…just love it!
It’s fun to dissect every detail and savor each one! Beautiful!! Are the square woven chargers still available? Are they sold on World Market website or only in the stores? Thanks!
Thanks Kathy, I’ve had the chargers for several years. I don’t see them on WM’s website, I’ll check next time I’m in the store to see if they’re still available.
Hi Mary, This is a beautiful pattern and I love the flatware! So many options with one pattern–that’s what I need. The bowls look like a great size and the texture change from interior to exterior is fascinating. You have the best throws to use for the table cover and I really enjoyed seeing the change of the two plaids so thank you for the effort! Linda
So pretty Mary, I love the soft orange and browns with the white dinnerware. The smooth and rough surfaces of the dishes is so subtle yet adds so much interest~I love how you made just a few changes and created a whole different look! You are the queen of using quilts and blankets and making them look elegant~The setting is perfect for your beautiful autumn table~
Jenna
Beautiful, I always look forward to your posts. So much thought, care and time is given to what you create and it shows! Completely Fall, inspiring and a table setting (either one) that I would love to join!
Jemma
Gorgeous, as usual! Only thing to make it more perfect would be to have those 2 adorable pups perched at the place settings!! And um……you are killing my pocketbook! Seems I keep buying all the dishware you showcase…aaaaccckkk. I don’t have a dish pantry. Killing me, I tell ya!!
~Mary~
Love the tan and sage so pretty next to the water, which looks cold, brrr! I like your center piece using the urn, that is so neat!
Have a super day!

Such interesting patterns & textures to this tablescape, Mary…very inviting on a chilly fall day.
I’m in love with your soft, wool throw layered over the matelasse coverlet.
I may just borrow you idea for that centerpiece for a dinner party on the 16th. I want to use my new Waterford crystal stemware & I’ve been struggling with how to incorporate autumn with it. Using the urn for both elevation as well as “upscale” design just might work & I have a very similar one, too. Thanks for the inspiration, as always!!
I especially love your first table setting! So calm yet festive for the fall! And the plaid throws really create a cozy table! I too am a china addict and enjoy watching you create with your collection! Do you know of a creative way to store your china? I have various places where I stash mine and would love to make them easy to access and store so company can see them.
Mary….love your blog….such beautiful things you have and the display is always awesome…I live in southern California and am so jealous of your beautiful fall colors. I’m new to your sight and thought I was able to do a house tour of your home once but now can’t seem to find it…do you have one posted?
If I had looked at this dinnerware in the store in a basic display, I would have thought it was much too modern for me, but seeing it in your tablescape makes me take a whole new look! I love it! It looks very versatile and interesting the way you have it styled. Thanks!
Hi Mary, Oooh how I do LOVE this subdued color pallet ~ such a soft take on Fall, so soothing and calm. Beautiful combinations; you are a true creative genius lady! The Mikasa ‘Swirl’ looks so versatile. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Beautiful colors in the throw that bring out the colors of the dishware. LOVE that flatware. Have to look for that. I am loving your softer side of fall in this table.
I agree with the “pottery wheel feel” and love that look Mary! Lovin’ your pretty big pumpkin and I think I like the setting with the darker brown look! Hope everything has dried off well, we’re finally back to fall here in Philly:@)
Fabulous !! You have chosen the right fall elements that has brought the natural flavor to this decor making this table setting more interesting and welcoming.
I have such a hard time commenting on your posts, because they always contain so many pieces of “eye candy” that I never know where to begin! Love both of these tables, because I absolutely adore anything plaid (much be my Scottish heritage!). The Mikasa china pieces in both colors are beautiful and you have certainly “done them proud” with your designs. Gorgeous!
I love both settings, you always make gorgeous tables and use such wonderful things, like dishes, flatware, etc. Beautiful Fall tablescapes.
Hugs,
FABBY
Everything looks so warm and wonderful. That plaid is the perfect warm background for all the fall colors. Brrr, it was cold and raining tonight and sweet neighbors were having a wedding open house! Not ready for this!
Your table is so inviting and comfortable, I do love the muted colors and love the way some pumpkins are so muted, such a new type of look that I love…Phyllis
Just beautiful, Mary! I love the plaid on the table. Such a great outdoor Fall table, and actually being outside and enjoying the season. Love the simplicity of the pumpkin sitting on the urn as your centerpiece.

Good morning, Mary. Nice table as usual! The feel of fall is inspired in the table scape.🍂
Everything is wonderful. Can you tell me where to find the urn you used as a centerpiece. I am trying to find one that’s not concrete so that it’s not so heavy. thanks so much.
Thanks Sandi, It’s painted cast iron so it IS heavy, it’s from my retail days.
