Join me for some tabletop fun to celebrate Gardening Season with bunnies, birds and bees. You’ll find fresh-picked garden bouquets and blooming watering cans, as well as floral inspiration from my Monday Morning Blooms friends.

Happy June!
It’s one of my favorite days of the month when I join my
Monday Morning Blooms’ friends to share some flower therapy.
🌸 🌼 🌷 🌹

We’re excited to welcome Rita of Panoply,
as a guest ‘bloomer’ today.

If you don’t know Rita, she’s an antiques dealer, former ballerina,
‘numbers nerd’ (her words not mine :) master organizer, fellow dish-a-holic and gardener!
As our common theme is ‘garden’ for June’s edition of Monday Morning Blooms,
we’re happy to have her join us today to celebrate gardening season.
You can find my Monday Morning Blooms friends’ floral inspiration at the bottom of this post.

A pair of Bunny Gardeners have been busy with tending the garden,
in a helpful way, instead of in their usual fashion. . .

As well as the purple blooms of Baptisia (False Indigo).

to fill watering cans in a celebration of gardening season.

And are just starting to flutter around the garden.

More bunnies hopped to the shelves in the form of plates,
and garden blooms fill mason jars. . .

Birds and bees join bunnies for some tabletop gardening,
along with floral gardening tools . . .

The assorted salad plates have embossed bird designs with leaves,
flowers, and berry details, in the colorful style of vintage majolica dishware.

Oh, so many pretty things to look over more than once! Your peach and pink floral arrangement is so gorgeous. Pinned several of those photos. I am smitten over that Tea Clipper Rose. What a beauty she is.
Wowza, Mary! I never realized how many variety of roses you have in your garden! They’re beautiful, and the way you’ve captured their silhouette against the dark background of the potting bench makes them appear like an Old World painted masterpiece! I love those modern majolica plates.
All the watering cans, the birdhouses, and of course, the tabletop settings certainly let the creatures of nature know the invitation is open for a smorgasboard summer. Even the bunnies.😉I’ve yet to see the butterflies in my area other than a one off, but my summer blooms are just beginning to bud now.
Thank you again for the invitation. I loved my introductory description. Happy gardening! 😘
Thank you for starting my mornings off with so much beauty
Good morning, Mary. Oh my, you caught a bunny in his mischievous act! We had three rabbits under our kitchen window chasing each other. They didn’t even bother to leave when RM opened the door. They obviously call this home 😉 The Mother of Pearl Roses are exquisite, love their peachy color. The potting bench is brilliant in its floral bouquets. I could pull up a chair and sit for a spell and admire them. You have some showstopper roses…Earth Angel, Tea Clipper, and Popcorn Drift. Bees are all buzzing, enjoying the sweet nectar. The watering cans are beautiful with shades of pink and purple flowers. Majolica salad plates with birds, flowers, and berries are the perfect accompaniment to your bouquets. I love how wonderfully you use the potting bench for tabletop dining with stunning displays of flowers, and of course, collected bird houses.
It is always a treat to join you for flower therapy and Monday Morning Blooms. Happy June 🌼🐇🌸💚
Mary
The bunnies statue is adorable! As always…the pictures of your flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Your talent for arranging flowers coupled with your creativity continues to amaze me and reading your blog is a favorite part of my morning routine. Peace.
Always enjoy your floral posts! Everything is absolutely gorgeous!! 🌻🌺🌸🌼🪷🪻🥀💐🌷🌹🌾🍄🐇
Good morning Mary, a delight for the eyes to enjoy your beautiful roses on the potting bench. Love your majolica plates, they are so unique. How special to have a rich variety of roses,🌹 Mother of Pearl, Earth Angel, Tea Clipper, and Popcorn Drift. Your potting bench is transformed into quite the showcase with the lovely bouquets and Mackenzie Child’s watering cans.the garden gloves look lovely with the lace trimmed napkin and Wallace Bee flatware. So glad you have expanded your invitation to Rita for some Monday morning blooms. Happy June🦋
Your potting bench looks gorgeous! And the Mother of Pearl roses are just stunning. I’ve been stuck home with Covid the last week so your post was definitely a big morning pick me up. Thanks.
Summer is certainly in full bloom on your potting bench Mary, so many beautiful flower arrangements! I love the MKC flower filled watering cans and the roses carried by the helpful bunny gardeners :) The Mother of Pearl rose are gorgeous as are the Earth Angel roses, the Tea Clipper roses, and the Popcorn Drift roses. The garden gloves are wonderful holding the napkin and pretty bee flatware and I love the pretty garden tools too. Your bird house collection looks very happy mingling with all the vases of flowers, birds, butterflies and bees~ Happy gardening and Happy Summer!

Mary, your roses are just beautiful! I planted Mother of Pearl last year and she’s a beauty so far, not nearly as large as yours. Wish I hadn’t looked up the bunny statue on SPI products, what a treasure-trove of cute things!
Good morning Mary! Oh my, those bunnies are naughty, but they do have a way with roses. What a delight to see all your gorgeous blooms around the potting shed! Each is so beautiful, although that Mother of Pearl captured my heart this morning. All your roses…Earth Angel, Tea Clipper, and Popcorn Drift are stunners, though.
Your watering cans are always lovely, especially with the pink and purple flowers. I would love to join you at the potting bench for a morning or afternoon of conversation and admiration of the many flowers you grow. It’s always a treat to join together for our Monday Morning Blooms! Xo Lidy
What a feast for the eyes Mary! Your roses are stunners as is your arrangement! I have rose envy seeing all that beauty. Your bunny gardeners are adorable. I know it must be frustrating to see what the real live ones devour in your garden though. Thank you for the flower therapy this morning! 🐰🌹
Mary, I’m in garden heaven! Seriously, your profuse garden blooms are spectacular. I honestly don’t know how you have time to manage all of these beautiful plants, set tables, take photos, and then created these amazing blog posts. Bravo!!! I’m always in awe of your wonderful potting shed and table. I have potting envy! Your collection of bird houses and watering cans add the perfect touch of whimsy. Well done! Thanks for sharing this beauty. Makes me want to fly in and join the butterflies flitting about the blooms. Happy first Monday of June.
Mary, what beautiful roses! I don’t think I can choose a favorite! And I absolutely love the birdhouses and bunnies! A lovely presentation. I kept saying to myself, Mary, Mary..how does your garden grow!!
I enjoy seeing what your hard work produces once again. Thanks for sharing.
Be still me heart! So much to love here today from the roses, bunnies, birdhouses and bees too! I’m always blown away by your photography (and patience!) especially when it comes to capturing those bees. Happy Gardening to you!
Are these plates new? I know I have only been with you for little over a year but have never seen these. Very pretty!
Good evening Mary. I am amazed by how many beautiful roses you have in your gardens. They are all so beautiful! Your majolica plates are a lovely addition to your garden potting bench!
Everything is so fun! Thank you for the inspiration once again!
Oh Mary, your garden must smell so heavenly! You are so fortunate to have so many gorgeous roses. All your floral displays are so amazing, and those new majolica plates are so sweet! I love the pair of bunnies holding the roses as they’re much better than the real ones that like to cause havoc. You have your own arboretum right there to enjoy. 💐
What a gob-smacking visit, Mary. The pop-corn roses live up to their name … must find some to add to our collection. The density of beauty and appeal makes your garden a blue ribbon affair.
Your flowers and pictures are absolutely stunning, Mary.
Mary, oh my goodness, so many gorgeous varieties of roses – the fragrance must be divine. Love the bunnies (even the naughty one) and such wonderful photos of the bees. The garden tools and gloves are so cute as accents. The majolica plates are adorable. Such a pretty MMB on your wonderful potting bench. Happy first week of June!
Mary, Your potting bench is a thing of beauty! The flowers are gorgeous and the styling is perfect! You have been busy taking care of all the beautiful blooms. Thanks for such a lovely set of pics this first Monday of June. Clara❤️
Mary, I’m amazed at all the clever and skilled features your gardening bench your husband made has. You have showcased it beautifully with filling watering cans with flower arrangements and adding gardening touches complete with bee details.Your flowers are lovely. Your roses are particularly beautiful! You never lack for things to do around your potting shed and gardens.
I love the dishes, flatware, glasses and accessories you chose for your tablescape.Your birdhouse colllection is perfect for the top shelf.
I am always inspired with your posts. I enjoy MMM Blooms very much.
Wow, Mary, I am absolutely gobsmacked! Your roses are gorgeous. I also have the popcorn drift, but the bunnies are eating them up!!! I need to do something about them. I love looking at them play, but I don’t like them eating my roses! I love your pretty arrangements and place settings, too. Your blog truly brings me joy. Did I ever tell you that when I was going through breast cancer treatment that sometimes I would pull up your blog just to cheer myself up? I hope you are having a fantastic week! Now I’m heading over to see Rita’s post. She is a real sweetie and a dear friend of mine. :D
Oh my, Mary, you have so many amazingly beautiful blooms! What a feast for the eyes! Your arrangements are gorgeous. I am a fellow majolica collector, and your plates are so pretty! I also love anything bee themed and have the same glasses as you. They are my favorite! I hope you are having a wonderful week, sweet friend!
