Well, they are just too cute for words! They make me think of my Boudreaux. He is a cockpoo…and is my baby…my rotten baby.

I, too, have the sweetest Bichon named Keeper! She’s the light and love of my husbands’ and my life!! We are so blessed to have her and she makes our days fuller with her presence. She goes to work with me everyday and has a huge following of friends that drop by to see her. Chloe and Gracie are beautiful and I know you are happiest when they’re with you, too. I love the photos of them!

I have a Bichon named Jazz who we rescued about 3 years ago. He is definitely a joy and a delight. I can’t imagine my life without such a faithful friend! Bichons just have the sweetest disposition, don’t they?! Vicki V

I, too, loved reading about Chloe and Gracie. I laughed and laughed. We have a little rescue dog (shih tzu named Winston) and he also is scared of the scarest things – plastic bags and man hole covers. He truly brightens our days. Sandee Meeks

An outstanding share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a co-worker who had been doing a little homework on this. And he in fact ordered me lunch simply because I found it for him… lol. So let me reword this…. Thank YOU for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending some time to discuss this matter here on your blog.

Your baby poodles are adorable! Chloe and Gracie must bring so many thrills into your life – I had poodles for years (amber, usually) and talk about bonding, they become your very best friends. These two dolls’ faces are beautiful, and their coat – well, PERFECT! I really enjoy your page/blog! I was drawn to your FB page first because of the name – we’re boaters as well – sailboats. We’re in Florida and love it! Look forward to getting to know you better. Enjoy every moment of your life. Fondly, Mary Back

When I adopted a new rescue the only requirement was that it would go in the kayak with me. I fostered Jimee Jane for a month and she is perfect. She jumps in my kayak before I do.

Great pictures of Gracie and Chloe! I have loved many Bichons over the years and currently my heart belongs to Cha Cha, a precious 2 year old Bichon. They are the sweetest babies with the greatest dispositions. Congratulations on having your heart stolen forever!

I enjoy your blog so very much… thank you for sharing your time and energy and creativity with us. I’m in love with your precious pups !!!!!!! Would you please share with me where you found them. We live in north georgia, it would be a fun trip up to come and pick up a precious baby to make a part of our family.

    • November 26, 2014 at 8:23 pm

Thanks so much Lee Ann! We got Chloe & Gracie from a breeder in Tenessee 9 years ago which is hard to believe. I don’t remember the name, and did a quick Google search to try and jog my memory but no luck. She also bred Westies though. Happy Thanksgiving :)

Love love your pictures! I also have a male bichon . He is so well mannered . Loves children, he is 13 years old and is small . How do you keep the eyes and his muff so clean. That’s the only thing . He has a stain from his eyes. Would love your comments. Thanks , was reading your blog on the gingerbread bird house. Can’t wait til my granddaughter gets here to do this project. Merry Christmas!!!!

I just found this blog today…..precious pics of your two little sweethearts!! I am blessed to share my home with a 17 yr. old Bichon named Molly ;-) Yes, 17….hard to believe! Still wagging her tail every morning to greet me and when I come home from work! Love, love Bichons!!! Thanks again for the beautiful pictures, you really capture their personalities.

Chloe and Gracie are adorable and my grandchildren love to keep up with them when they come for a visit. Our little morkie (l/2 maltese, 1/2 yorkie – is only 6 lbs. but has always loved to play with ice cubes; so when I saw your idea for doggie-pops…I set to work. I found a mini ice cube tray and mixed the yogurt, banana and peanut butter, pouring it into the tray – them placed one of his mini-dog biscuits in the middle of each one. What a delight to watch him eat them on a hot day….he gives the idea one thumb’s up!

  34. August 16, 2015 at 7:41 pm

Chloe and Gracie are so darn cute! We have a Maltese/Shih-Tzu named Miss Molly. I try to do at least one posting a month named Moments With Molly where I share her boat rides with us, the doggie birthday cake for her and her latest fluff and puff (grooming). Dogs make our lives whole, there’s no doubt about it!

Love, love, love your pictures. We had two Bichons but lost one last year. We dearly love the breed (have owned three pair over time) and truly cherish our beloved Shivers. We can’t imagine a life without a Bichon. I sure would like to know where you get the adorable “party collars” like pictured for Halloween. I would love to find something like that for Shivers, especially for Christmas.

Just found your great site and noticed your puppies right away. They are adorable and i’m sure very spoiled, as they should be. We have a rescue Bichon who makes us laugh every day. She’s the highlight of our lives. Unfortunately she has heart problems that we’re dealing with. We went on a New England car trip three years ago and Maine was my absolutely favorite of the six states so I enjoyed your Maine Lobster Roll blog:)

Did you get Chloe & Gracie from the same litter? I had to send my Maltipoo, Dixie, to Doggie Heaven last week. She was 12 years old, and like Chloe? had Heart problems. I remember when you lost your precious baby, I felt so sad for you & your husband, not thinking that I would loose Dixie after only 12 years. It helps me grieve to know how many of you feel so passionately about these Furr babies .
