Ahoy! Your fur babies (and first mates) are precious! What a glorious way to relax on the waters of Lake Norman vs having the wind & rain in our face in Ohio :)

Love your life on the lake…we’re just about “moved” to our lake full time. Hope I can adjust as well as you have via the gorgeous settings!! Fair Winds and Following Seas!! franki

So ADORABLE! I love to see daddy’s and his girls… we are slaving with weed whackers, chain saws and clippers while you live the serene life of luxury. Scott used pruning sheets on my hair yesterday to free me from seed pods, to see your girls fresh as a daisy, sparkling like snow is a rude reminder to how slovenly I live… makes gone to the dogs look like a day at the spa!

Oh, what a wonderful scene! Reminds me of our sailing days.
Glad you and your girls are enjoying sunshine and pretty days. It’s the same here, just sans the joy of being on the water. Wishing you sunny days ahead……….

Still too cold here in Maine… but my dogs and I are counting the days till we also can have the wind in our ears. Thanks for sharing, makes my wait a little easier.

    Dear Chloe and Gracie,
I can see that you are water dogs. Now, I supposedly am a water dog, too, but to me that means IN the water. When my people put me in a boat I stage a passive resistance by flopping on the bottom, spreading myself as thin as possible and using up as much space as my 85 lbs can cover. I won’t move, or smile, or talk. However, if they let me, I will swim behind that floating prison for an hour (and have done so). One thing is for sure, though, there is nothing better than a day with daddy, especially on his lap.
    Love, Nellie

Sososososo adorable!! Everyone I saw on the water today had at least one dog in their boat, and I even saw a guy on a paddleboard with his dog! Yay, summer!

Chloe and Gracie look as happy as can be! Our Lucy has never been on a boat and I wonder how she’d react. Loved seeing the photos of your water babies!
