Hahaha…cute little puff balls you’ve got there! ~~Pat-Pat~~
We always watched the show together with dog loving friends of ours when we lived in FL. It was an annual event!
And she was a beauty! So are your’s. I am eagely waiting for the wire haired fox to appear tonight named Sky. We have a wire haired fox terrier whose dad was a WM dog. But she was born with only 3 legs so they didn’t want her…we adopted her. If Sky wins she will have a triple crown.
So cute! I love watching the Westminster dog show but I missed it. I always have to smile when I think of the movie Best in Show. That is one poofed up Bichon. I much prefer your pooches :)
How could you ever get mad at those two! Adorable!! We used to have an all white shih tzu that everyone thought was a bichon, he was the light of lots of lives! Love the Westminster dog show, amazing how they groom those dogs!
i just learned those 2 dogs i found this summer went to wonderful homes, a volunteer at the spca kept the little boy with the rotted teeth, so heartwarming to have a happy ending.
We never miss the show! And this year Sadie will be right beside us, though most likely snoozing rather than paying much attention. She’ll be fluffed and buffed for the evening!
Gracie and Chloe look like Best of Show quality to me……….Sarah
Hi there, I will be watching too; I love learning more about the breed since we now have one. Ours turned one in Dec. and since then has become quite the watchdog-don’t know whether Bichons are slow to mature or what; it is funny though. Thanks for sharing.
Mary,
First I’d like to say that I am new to your blog and am enjoying it so much. I wanted to let you know that I just finished making your Oreo Brownies decorated for Valentine’s Day. They are wonderful! This recipe is a keeper! Your puppies are adorable…enjoy them.
Oh we always watch Westminster, even though we have a cat instead of a dog. He is not amused by all the doggies on tv and ignores them as much as possible. Can’t wait for the big finale tonight! Your babies are so cute.
Oh I love your darling girls — they’re so adorable!!! Congrats on the breed win! I’m glad I saw your post because my hubby and I love to watch the Westminster Dog Show, but he’s out of town, and I’ve forgotten all about it. I’ll have to be sure and watch tonight. Of course, I’m always rooting for the Scottie! :)
There is a Bichon named Emma Rose who owns my husband and myself and very graciously let’s us take care of her! I love when a Bichon wins and I love seeing your precious girls they are what drew me to your blog.
Mary, your sweet little pups are both blue-ribbon champions, no doubt about it. I had a beloved little wire-haired fox for 16 years, so I must admit, I’m keeping my eyes on Sky. Have fun watching the show with your two best girls. –Lucinda
I love your blog dearly,……but oh how I love your pups!!! Everytime you write about them I cannot wait to see the pics. I can only imagine those two troublemakers running around your house and snuggling up against you late at night!!!
I love watching Westminster. Good luck to Honor!
So darned cute! Do your babies get excited when they see dogs on TV? Mine does!
I hope a Westie wins the terrier group! ;P

Honor is beautiful, but I still think Chloe’s and Gracie’s beauty and personality win by a mile!
I love your babies, from one dog lover to another. New to your blog as well and I am enjoying every post

My Bichon, keeper and I are pulling for Honor to win, too!!! We were so excited when JR won in 2001, the year of Keeper’s birth.
Go Honor!!!

So fun! I don’t think my Bedlingtons like to pose as much.

I love your Bichons. Mine is named Baxter; was glad to hear that Honor won his/her group. They are the sweetest dogs.
