This is my Foodie Friday contribution this week–a perfect solution for a quick and light dessert.
This is a great recipe for a shower or ladies luncheon.
1 (11 ¼ ounce) jar lemon curd
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup half and half
garnish: lemon zest
Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl, stir well.
Spoon in Footed Serving Dish. Serve with Fresh Fruit, Gingersnaps,
Piroulline Cookies, Pound Cake Cubes. Yield: 2 cups
(I usually double this recipe to fill in my footed dish)
Some apple slices and dried apricots are also good with this.
This is also yummy spooned over pound or angel food cake slices, served with fresh berries.

oh what a fabulous idea, i don’t know why this never crossed my mind!
I love fondue, but have never had a lemon version — Brilliant! I’m going to assume I can serve this in my chocolate fondue set to keep it warm, I can’t wait to try this. Must I share?
Oh my gosh! Luscious and easy- what could be better??!
Your photos are amazing and I want to reach in and have some of your lemon fondue right now. I like that the recipe is quick and easy. I just made homemade lemon curd for the Valentine bloggers tea (see my post ) I hosted and I have to say I had leftovers and it was so good I was eating the leftovers with just a spoon each day. I am so bad:)
This is a great recipe for my sister and anyone who can not eat chocolate…thanks for the great idea!
