An early evening boat ride with Chloe & Gracie. . . they seem to enjoy it as much as we do.
While they look the same, Chloe is as yellow as can be. . . scared of loud noises~ not fireworks or thunder~ you know, really scary noises like sneezes. . .
Afraid of strange objects. . . a pot sitting on the counter, or grocery bag. . .
Scared of people, even ones she sees every week, like very un-scary family members. . .
Quakes with fear to ride in the car, even though she rides twice a week to the lake, an uneventful 45 minute ride on Thursdays and home again on Sundays. . .
“The secret of living with dogs is to take the wild (Chloe) with the sweet (Gracie), and then sit back and wait for the laughs and the love.”

Your fur-babies are adorable. Love their summer look.
My first comment on your blog, and it’s all because your fur babies are too darn cute!
Oh goodness, they are so cute they do not seem real. olive♥
Oh, these photos are beautiful…I love your boating canines!. As a dog lover myself, I know there are few treasures in the world worth more than the love of a furry friend.
So glad I stopped by…
Too cute!!!
Great White Wednesday pictures! They’re having a blast!
Oh my, they are too cute! I love how you captured their expressions!

Now that first picture is really cute-I’m a dog owner/lover. Great WW
Chloe and Gracie are absolutely adorable! I love their summer haircuts. I might be tempted to get two girls just like them!
They are so scrumptious I just want to softly squeeze…..& hold & cuddle them….They look very content on their boat ride. A

They are precious. ~~Sherry~~
ooh la la! They’re so cute, so adorable! I have a little toy poodle too, and just got her shaved too. We adopted her from the humane society and she had matted hair all over. Named her Coco Chanel. Stopping by from White Wednesday.

Your fur babies are just precious! I am a dog owner/lover myself. My little shih-tzu, like Chloe, hates to ride although we make a four hour trip to the condo about twice a month. They are so entertaining and provide such unconditional love!
How adorable! Love the pictures, and the boat ride sounds heavenly in this stifling Texas heat! Sorry little Chloe is scared. Maybe “The Dog Whisperer” could help. :-) He works miracles with spooked pups.
Too, too cute! Loving photos of your lovelies. :-)
They are so cute! I love all the shots! They take photos so well.
Looks like the two really enjoyed the ride. They are so cute, such fabulous pictures of Chloe and Gracie.
Oh how cute. They are both precious. Hugs, Marty
Such cute pups! Love them!
How cute your dogs look with their summer cuts.
Oh em gee – I am in love with those two pooches! ADORABLE!!!!!!!
Those two are so very elegant! They belong on that white leather seat!
Love your fur babies – they are so gorgeous! And, as Bichon myself, I’m very envious!
Happy AlphabeThursday Yellow,
LOLA (the Bichon):)

oh my gosh those are the cutest little dogs … my little Honey sounds just like your little Chloe, afraid of everything … even squeaky dog toys!
This is my first visit to your blog. I’m visiting from the Summer Sundays link party.
Chloe and Gracie are adorable!! Those are great photos of them. I especially like the one of them with their paws on the back seat looking out at the water. TOO cute!!
Happy boating,
Patti
They look like they are having fun! Afraid of the car, but lovin’ the boat!
They are just adorable! I always wonder what dogs think when they are boating. Poor Chloe! So glad she has you and Gracie to encourage her. Sweet post!
What cuties! You sure captured their expressions. It was so fun to hear about their unique personalities. They are just gorgeous dogs and so adorable. Continue having fun on the lake with them!
they are so sweet
and clearly having a good time on the boat
What an absolutely adorable link to Alphabe-Thursday’s Rainbow Summer School!
I totally loved this post.
I smiled throughout. We have a yellow dog, too. Sure, some people would think he has black, shiny fur but he is definitely yellow, through and through.
Thanks for this totally wonderful link!
A+
I love dog quotes. Chloe reminds me of our Tess who used to come over after we sneezed just to make sure our brains were still intact. Silly girl.
I LOVE the shots of your fluffy ones! I too have two fluffy ones. I take them everywhere with me, but mine aren’t as seaworthy as yours!
Thanks for being a part of “Summer Sundays”!

Such lovely puppies! Great shots!
How cute!
I’m totally smitten with these cuties! Their funny little personalities shine through in these photos! Just gorgeous! Have a great week :)
Oh dear! Are they Coton de Tulears? We have one, Tucker, and he is exactly like your yellow! Scared of everything mundane and normal. Barks at family members and inanimate objects! He is also a licker… that tongue is always moving!
Just found your blog! My very first post was on Swanson Winery and I am obsessed with Ira Yeager!
Glad to have found you!!
