Hi Mary! We have finally started getting the rain we so desperately need!! Your pictures are just beautiful! I don’t think I have asked you before…what type of camera do you have? I’m guessing a Canon DSLR? You asked me about the girlz and their Redicare…I can’t find your email address right now, but you can reach me at jeanne dot pursell at gmail
Redicare is applied via spray bottle….liberally once every couple of days. If the ticks are bad, more often. It is not possible to apply too much! Yes, I do use it on myself as well and I’ve had good luck with it!
Cool pics Mary! Still no rain here North of Philly, hoping that might change today. Happy Earth Day-enjoy:@)
Such pretty photos! I love the drops of rain on the hosta leaves. We’ve had a week of wonderful rainy, misty, drizzley weather and now the sun is out, drying everything. Looks like we’re in for a beautiful week.
Your photos are really nice. What camera did you use?
Hi~ Thanks everyone :) I have a Nikon D0~ you can read out my camera info here!
Stunning photographs, Mary. I, too, am interested in the camera you use. But I’ve always heard it’s not the camera, but the photographer who uses it!
Beautiful April showers on your azaleas, hosta, Japanese Maple … bring on those flowers!!!!!! Gorgeous!
Love seeing your flowers with the raindrops. So refreshing. Happy Sunday!! xo marlis
Happy Earth Day! Your plants and flowering shrubs look marvelous!
Your collages are so nice! Everything looks so fresh with water on them!
Your plants are way ahead of ours up here! Have a great Sunday!
Mary, your photography is magnificent as always!!…May I ask what lens you used?….gorgeous!!…
Hi Shirley~ I used my AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm lens. Have a great week :)
Mary, these pictures are gorgeous!! Wonderful macro-photography. Thank you for sharing and have a great week.
Beautiful flowers and lovely photos. We are finally getting some rain. Happy Earth Day!
Living in the Pacific Northwest I am jealous of your earlier springtime. We have had two whole days of sun though, and the tulips are glowing.
Beautiful images! Happy to see the rain in your pictures and happier to see it in NJ today!
Very nice raindrop photos; we could sure use some rain here.
Happy Earth Day.
Gorgeous. Just gorgeous.
We had so much rain, until early this week, and the beds are dust-dry already.
You always have such beautiful pictures!!
Have a wonderful week :)
Mary, glad you are getting some rain. It toyed with us on Friday, but basically scooted around us again. ;-(
Your flowers are gorgeous. Everything in the garden perks up after a good rain. ~ Sarah
Your photos are GORGEOUS!!!! I feel like I can reach out and touch them and smell the flowers and feel the rain drops. I can even smell the fresh clean air…you make it so real. You are a MASTER at photography among other things. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.
I’m hoping the rain we finally got yesterday will bring May flowers, because it destroyed most of the flowers on the flowering trees, almost before most were fully open. At least we didn’t get the snow which fell northwest of us. We did have terrific downpours and very high winds. Have a nice day! Linda
April showers would be lovely. It is so dry here. Beautiful mosaics.
Let me just say, beautiful photos.
Thanks for sharing
Happy Earth Day to you as well! I just love all those bright vibrant colors. Your macro shots are amazing.
A lovely tribute to Erath Day!
You must be getting the showers many of us miss..nothing but CoLd winds and 40F temps. Brrrr! Waiting for Spring.
LoVe Your Blog!!!
Beautiful raindrop shots, Mary! We had a rainy week last week and are happy to see the sun shining again.
Just plain beautiful, Mary. We’re having some April showers here, and I’m so very grateful since we have been in a drought.
What beautiful photos and brilliant colors. The Japanese maple almost reminds me of fall colors.
Here in Texas, it seems like we are constantly living with drought. Fortunately, we have had a wet Spring and the drought conditions have subsided, but for those of us who live with parched earth, water represents life. Your pictures are so vivid, I can almost smell the rain and the freshness.

Some emazing photos here. I leave near a beautiful private green space and would love to be able to go in there and photograph some beauties.
