This Peach Tea Mule is a refreshing cocktail, ideal for summertime sipping!

A traditional Moscow Mule is made with vodka, ginger beer and lime juice.
If you’re not familiar with ginger beer, it’s brewed with ginger root and is a spicier
more robust version of ginger ale. Ginger ‘beer’ is a bit of a misnomer as
modern day ginger beer doesn’t contain alcohol.
The copper Moscow Mule mug keeps your cocktail nice and frosty and is essential
when the heat and humidity are in the sweltering range!
Make sure your mug is lined with stainless steel which won’t react
with the acid in the lime or fruit juice.
There are endless ways to customize your own Moscow Mule recipe.
I used Sweet Tea Vodka and Peach Schnapps which I already had, but you can
mix your own version with peach nectar, peach or regular vodka and a splash of sweet tea.
If you’re a fan of sweet tea and peaches, I think you’ll find this summer cocktail very refreshing!
This is the type of cocktail that I don’t usually measure, mixing to taste.
Fill mug half full with crushed ice, to each mug add:
1 ½ oz. Sweet Tea Vodka
½ oz. Peach Schnapps
1 – 2 peach slices, diced and muddled / smashed the end of wood spoon to release the peach flavor
Add ginger beer to top off and a generous squeeze of lime, stirring to combine.

Peach Tea Mule
Celebrate summer with a Peach Tea Mule, a summery twist on the classic Moscow Mule, and refreshing cocktail that marries the flavors of sweet tea with peaches.
Servings: 1 cocktail
Equipment
- Stainless Steel Moscow Mule Mug
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Sweet Tea Vodka
- ½ oz. Peach Schnapps
- 12 oz. can Ginger Beer
- 2 peach slices diced and muddled / smashed the end of wood spoon to release the peach flavor
- 1 lime
Instructions
- To mug add diced/muddled peach slice(s).
- Fill mug half full with crushed ice.
- Add sweet tea vodka, peach schnapps and top with ginger beer.
- Add generous squeeze of lime; stir to combine.
- Garnish with additional peach slice and lime if desired.
Notes
- There are endless ways to customize your own Moscow Mule recipe. I used Sweet Tea Vodka and Peach Schnapps which I already had. Mix your own version substituting peach nectar, peach or regular vodka and a splash of sweet tea.

This looks GOOD! I just tore out an add from SoLiving for peach syrup to mix drinks with. I bet you could probably adjust the other ingredients to do the same. All these recipes look amazing. I love peaches, miss shopping in person!
I saw a recipe yesterday for peach poundcake that looked delicious. But who wants to turn on their oven for 50 minutes in this heat? That seems like a great recipe for winter to use up some of the peaches I freeze from summer. I think a refreshing peach beverage is the way to go now!

I’ve made and highly recommend the Skillet Bourbon Peach and Blueberry Crumble. It’s perfect on a crisp fall evening. But anything with ice cream is great on a hot summer day!

Help! Hi Mary. I have all the materials to make the bee magnet napkin rings but the rings. I can’t find your blog stating what metals the ring must be for the magnet to work. You are certainly correct in saying some metals won’t work. The magnet just falls off! Thanks for any help.

I don’t know the chemical make up of the magnets I had, I’m guessing they had some nickel in them. I found them at Pier 1 several years ago and just got lucky. There are some on Amazon, here, that look similar but I don’t know if magnets will adhere to them or not, you might just have to experiment.
