I made these for us last night, only did enough for two. put the crust in glass custard cups and baked them for ten minutes to firm up. Did use marshmallow fluff for marshmallows and it worked great, made chocolate sauce with semi sweet chocolate chips and cream and then torched the marshmallow creams. OMG, it was so yummy and hubs even liked it!!!!! I will be making these again.
Absolutely LOVE this idea — very cute!! Definitely making these for the grandkids :)
Thanks for the constant supply of inspiration. Happy National S’mores Day to you!
Love ice cream and love marshmallows … a great summer dessert!!!…At first I thought you placed it in the oven to toast the marshmallow!..ha!…then saw the torch!..
Looks like something the grandchildren and I can make tomorrow. They flew by themselves from California to North Carolina last Sunday for a 10 day stay. I needed a new idea to keep them busy and as always Mary you have given me inspiration. This will be fun to do together and a yummy snack too.
What a fantastic way to enjoy the s’more experience! My family will love that they contain ice cream. And the marshmallows insulate the cold treat beneath! :)
Oh yum, Mary! S’mores are a staple of life here but these could go on a dessert plate at a dinner party! I love my marshmallows burned when I make one on the fire so my biggest issue in the oven method will be making sure I grab them before the ice cream melts too much. Linda
Ohhhhhh, these look like fun, I have fluff that should work on these instead of mini marshmallows.

Do they come out of the pan easily?
Surprisingly yes! Use a nonstick pan and the edge of a knife to help pop them out.
We have a cabin on a lake and are not allowed to have outdoor fires. This is the perfect way for us to have S’mores! Thanks for such a great idea.
How fun!
