Been following your blog for many many years! My favorite Halloween treat is candy corn mixed with peanuts. I’m retired now but I used to take a large glass pumpkin shaped canister bowl to my office filled with the candy corn peanut mix for office staff to enjoy. I would have to refill that glass pumpkin bowl numerous times during the season. All enjoyed and it was so fun!
Oh Mary….Halloween is so much fun! My favorite candy is a peanut butter cup! I love Rod and Rowena pictures and look forward to seeing them a lot over the next 6 weeks or so. Over the last several years I have started making the popcorn for special holidays and sending to the grands who all live far away 😢. I do Halloween, of course, Christmas, st Patrick’s and Easter! One of my favorite candies for Halloween are the orange and black wrapped peanut butter kisses. They remind me of salt water taffy and I love how they look in jars and candy dishes for a little touch of Halloween decoration

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays! The scary, the magic, the treats all being a great part of Halloween. Love watching the trick or treaters having so much fun running up and down the driveways! My favorite candy is Butterfingers. I don’t buy them often but enjoy when I do! How can we pick our favorite when there are so many….I love to make brownies and put a ghost peep on each individual one, I love Jack o Lantern pizzas made with English muffins spaghetti sauce, pepperoni’s and cheese, deviled eggs with an olive in the middle to look like an eye….Frankenstein wraps made with spinach tortillas, “coffin” dip made with a hard brioche roll scooped out filled with dip and put a plastic skeleton inside….the list goes on…..Thank you for the joy and excitement you bring…..especially at this fun fun fun time of year. In this crazy world of today….thank you for YOU!!!!!!

I tend to like old fashioned candy from my childhood…maybe it’s the memories that go along with it that makes it so special. I love Big Hunk and Look Candy Bars! Happy Halloween Lola and Sophie… I had to pin them so I remember to look for a similar fru fru collar for my Chi, Sweetie Mae. My favorite Howl ‘o ween treat i any kind of candy apple- caramel is awesome but my fav have the red glass candy dip on them. My neighbors oak tree is dropping branches I have been collecting to make witches brooms and ‘spirit’ styx. Have been on your blog for years- your sweet bread recipes are the best ever!!!

I love Halloween and love seeing your posts and giveaways! I’m a longtime subscriber. I love everything about Halloween, the decorations, the spooky movies, the food, the little kids dressed in costumes and all excited. I especially love all the regular candies changed for Halloween, like the Reese’s cups in a pumpkin shape.
It’s a toss up between candy corn and chocolate covered popcorn. Halloween is a favorite dat for us as our youngest son was born on Oct.31. Eight weeks early.

Candy – Reese’s peanut butter cups – always.
